Hi, I’m having a very hard time trying tu update the theme. The problem is theme settings get reset when I do the following: deactivate the theme, activate twenty twenty, upload new version via ftp, reactivate Native. Please , what I am doing wrong? I can’t seem to find any answer on the internet…

i have purchased this theme but there is not option where to place the purchase code,

!Please go to Native tab and activate the theme with the purchase code . Please make sure the DFD Extensions plugin is up to date and activated (it’s important to activate the theme with the purchase code first).
I just updated the theme via the envato plugginon wordpress and got that message!! Any help I can´t find the Native Tab anywhere???

Theme “DFD Native Version” is delivered in the following version: 1.5.7
The “DFD extensions” should be updated to 1.5.7 (after installing version 1.5.6).
Unfortunately, still only version 1.5.6 is available via update.

I can’t place this in another location. The plugin is shipped in the wrong version. Notice after the theme update.
That gets caught in a loop. Also pulled the version manually; it’s the wrong version on the server.
Please get in touch with our support team, changing the verison is not a solution. Also please make sure the theme is activated with the purchase code.

Hello, I get a site with your “DFD Native Version: 1.1.4” theme. Is this the same theme as the one named “Native – Stylish Multi-Purpose Creative WP Theme” found on Themeforest? I ask you this question because I do not see a version number on the theme proposed on Themeforest. In other words if I buy this theme will it update my 1.1.4 theme or is it a different theme? According to Envato license rules you need to have one license for one domain name, please check https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard. So if you have 2 sites, please, make sure you have 2 licenses to activate both.
