Is there a way to use avada forms and have it so when I reply to the form email, it replies to the senders email but also contains the form information?

It can definitely reply to the user email if you simply use the placeholder for email submission as mentioned here => https://bit.ly/3cB5vkp
regarding the form information, I believe you can send the content of email received back to user for sure but this is a setting that should be done inside your email inbox service that is being used as the email is sent from there and not the site.

Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account are to see/add purchase codes.
There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quryD4e (you can hit the refresh button to update this or unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).

If you mean to permanently store the form submissions, you can set the form setting to save the entries both to the database as well as send out an email.

Hello) I have faced with strange problem. I’m doing a rebuild of my website and I would like to use my old purchase code to activate new theme. I went to old website and deacivated theme, however on a new one I still getting an error that my purchace code used on the old domain. Can you please help me with that problem?

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/2Z4ENh6

I bought the theme yesterday and installed it as a test website. How can I switch the license to a different domain. I am now asked to pay again. BTW I did installed the Avada theme on a live site but I had to uninstall it again.

Can you please make sure that its not your cache, try clearing your browser cache as well as Avada cache from Avada > Global Options > Performance Tab, also disable any 3rd party plugin that is cache related, if however the issue persists please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please make sure that you are not assigning a hover on the column inside which the image is placed, if there is any hover event the links will not be triggered at all so it needs to be set to None.

We plan to use the temple to create surveys in schools but also to write blogs for students, etc. But the most important are surveys.

The survey has its own scoring system. Each question has a numeric value 1 – 5 Respondents’ answers are counted and a score is generated at the end of the survey / questionnaire.

I have checked your requirement, this will definitely require a custom 3rd party plugin that can provide you with the option to maintain this, by default this is not a possibility with our theme I am afraid.
You can checkout for 3rd Party survey and Poll plugins as I see there are many available out there and select the one that best suits your requirements.

Hello. My megamenu broke after the latest theme update. When I go into the menu options and select a Mega Menu Widget Area, the changes are not saved and always revert back to “Select Widget Area”. I don’t think it’s fair to have to pay for another 6 months support when my site was working perfectly until the update.

One of the reason why your menu items are not saving is due to low “max php input vars”
You can check this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → System status. Please contact your host and request them to update the value to recommended value. Once done, we can recheck the issue of the menu items not saving

I can not really see a live preview on the page. If you do mean that product image changes based on the variation selected then this is a standard Woocommerce variable product.
