I have a license certificate but there is no License key to activate. Where is the license key?

Today I’ve purchased a new version of the Enfold theme (version 4.8.7.1) from the Envato Market website. (because I wasn’t able to update from Enfold version 4.5 to the latest version, despite the Update Now button in the older 4.5. version).

After downloading, installing and activating the newer Enfold theme today I have a problem making changes on the homepage itself on my website. The homepage is continiously trying to load the info on the homepage without showing any information. (e.g. I use the ‘classic editor’ plugin).

If I deactivate the classic editor plugin the site comes up with a message “there is a critical fault on this site”. It doesn’t make any differe nce when I deactivate all plugins. Very enoying so far and now being busy for days in a row trying to solve this issue.

Therefore I was hoping that all update and homepage problems should be solved by purchasing the latest Enfold theme version. Unfortunally it doesn’t seem to work that way.

I have retrieved a valid Envato Market token for future updates. (using the envato market plugin) and upload the envato market zip file.

Further more: I use PHP version 7.4.25 form my hosting provider.

Maybe you can help me with any good information to solve this Enfold theme problem I have. Looking forward to your reply.

Hi there, Can you please provide me a solution for updating my Enfold 4.5.7 version (2019) to a 4.8.7.1 version (2021). In the Wordpress back-end there is an update available, but when pressing the Update Now button I receive this message:

Hi, I have a little problem. Long time ago i added a video to “Color Section elements” and it works. But yesterday i looked page (client page) and in this section is only note: “Video not available”. I have tryed different youtube links but result is same.

An odd problem that’s JUST started…

Site in perfect! No problems, except with the LayerSlider. On a mobile device, it ONLY appears once you touch the screen or scroll. Then it loads. Otherwise, the screen will sit there with a big white space where the Layer Slider is supposed to be.

This isn’t happening on the desktop…that’s fine. I don’t know about Apple. But on Android (we’ve tried three phones), this problem is happening.

Now, the weird part: if I’m logged in as admin, this issue doesn’t occur.

I’ve disabled lazy-loading, cleared the cache, etc.

Help?

After updating to the latest Enfold theme, I have missing images on my site. Especially in a Grid Row -> Edit Cell 1/2 column>Background. I’ve noticed someone else in the Support Forum complaining about the same thing too about missing images. Please fix and provide a new Enfold Update asap. Thanks.

“GYM Demo” cannot be imported, it gives an error. I tried the Default Demo, it is being imported.
