i cant get support because of invalid licence. but the pagebuilder will not work after update WP and all plugins. i get only shortcodes in the texteditor.
i get shortcodes like “dt_sc_one_third” and other. so i think your pagebuilder is not working and i cant update you theme. because there is no message or link to update. i use version 1.5 since years.
i see an option under “Dream Spa” Point. it calls “Page Builder”. All Fields are deactive. but i cant active the buttons.there are no error messages when i set debug true.
no switch-field is working in the option-page “Dream Spa”.
and also the shortcode-button in text-editor, in pages, not work. it insert no shortcodes.

Our theme supports both Elementor Plugin as well as WpBakery Page builder plugin. You can use Elementor Page builder in new pages, posts that you are going to use or create. We have built the theme only with WpBakery plugin.
The Elementor page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.

Hi , I bought this theme but the problem is when I check the PageSpeed Insights for your theme is important METRICS with cashing minify the java script and CSS for mobile not working and cannot decrease this times as we can do for desktop. do you have any solution for this? Most of it depends on page content which compromises of images. If images are properly optimized and you’re using a cache plugin and good fast host, the speed issue shouldn’t happen on any theme.

Hi, we’ve update Dream SPA theme on a previuos version. We uploaded dreamspa_old.zip file and then DesignThemes Core Features Plugin. Now we have this message in the admin: “DreamSpa Page Builder in DesignThemes Core Features Plugin comes with major update. In order to make your existing pages (created with page builder) to work properly click Update Content button in Dashboard > DreamSpa > Page Builder > Update Content”. The button in that page doesn’t work and we can’t edit the content by the previous Page Builder. Please, suggest some solution. Thanks.

This theme hasn’t been updated since January 2021. I have been having several issues with basic wordpress functions like adding posts and pages where it gives me a critical error. The child theme provided caused even more problems and I had to switch back to the parent theme. When will this theme be updated and compatible with the current Wordpress? Hi. How does the calendar section work, is it through the events calendar plugin or do you use your own engine? Regardless of the answer, is there integration with Google Calendar? I.e. if a client books an appointment, can that appointment be moved to a Google calendar?

Do you have a solution for the technical issue, that custom fonts cannot be uploaded via “Dreamspa Admin Panel—> Custom fonts”? Every time I tried to upload, always the wordpress mediathek opens and when I try to upload for example the font-file “MV Boli V1.woff”, a failure-message appears, “This file-format is not allowed for security reasons” (translated from German).

Thank you, but this dont work for me. Like I mentioned before, I cant upload the fontfiles, cause every time wordpress wants them to upload to mediathek first. And this is not possible. By the way, there are only two formats, which are displayed for possible uploads, woff and woff2. The fontfiles ttf, .svg, .eot are not mentioned.
Could it be, that some functions are not working correctly? Cause when I klick on “widgets” at “appearence” wordpress crashes with critical hint. But this is the only malfunction I recognized up to now. PS: I downloaded and installed the latest version of dreamspa and its plugins.
