Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and try if you have the same error when the default WP theme is activated and XStore core plugin is deactivated to find out if our theme is the reason of the issue. Let me know about the results.

Hello why on the shop page when I go to customize -> woocommerce -> product catalog and Products Per Row I put 3 does not change I always see 4 products per row and I have set that the categories menu as default must be closed instead it appears to me open. instead when I click on each single category the products become 3 per row and the menu closes leaving only the selected category open how can i solve?

Sorting is independent of our theme and comes from WooCommerce (Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting).

Sorry. I meant the Quick view option on the catalog page. The button that opens a pop-up so you can select the options that you want and add them to the cart. I noticed there a quick option to add to cart on the mobile version, but our clients specificaly asks for the quick view pop up on the mobile version.

I have a question about the woocommerce sidebar category:
I have many categories on my shop. When I using the xstore theme, all the categories on the sidebar show on the product archive page. There is no filter or a fordable button to hide other categories that people do not want to see. So in every category page, users have to look up from hundreds of product categories to find their wanted one .(I have more than 1000 product categories)
Can you make a function as Aliexpress, DHgate , Amazon or Electro woocommerce theme did? To hide other product categories when I visit specific product category, and only show the fixed parent product category and sub categories?
For example, When I click the wireless earphone category, the sidebar only show this and Hide other categories such as Clothing, Home Decor, Beauty, Toys and other categories. So I clearly know the path and will click upper categories if I want to find other products
