The login issue keeps reoccurring. When someone tries to login or register, the buttons keep loading and will not redirect like it’s supposed to. A lot of people have been complaining about this and nothing has been done. This is not good!!

But they are not able to see the offline course. The offline course is an ebook that I added with Woocommerce. Is it possible to see both (the online and offline) purchases if they are logged in?

When viewing the Course summary, I would like to edit the “FAQ” tab name. Can you please tell me where I can change the “title”?

Totally frustrated with this theme options. In the demo it is shown that any instructor can add / edit courses using frontend course editor without using the Wordpress dashboard. But there seems to be no option to achieve that.

Please someone help me on how I can setup frontend course editor and student management for instructors using Master Study LMS.

I have purchased and activated Masterstudy theme and LMS pro version of both.

I want to install this theme on my MDCAT 2022 website. But i made it on custom means no WordPress. So can i use this theme.

is it just me or as soon as WPML plugin is activated site becomes extremely sluggish. If the problem lies with WPML, then why don’t you support other language plugins, especially the ones that are free and much faster. It’s been an unbearable experience since I started translating the theme…. from 1-2 second delays (without WPML) to 10-15 seconds wait after every click on a very expensive dedicated server with great resources.

how to have in your theme the most important feature, a very popular one like udacity masterroom, masterclass has in their lms that in each class, student has the option to choose the time they are available to join, so before enroll has the option to select the time… basically first student select time then register.

I sent email to the app department. I need app update!! how can you help me get to the right person? we need some also customization. app takes more than 5 min to load, videos still not showing, when you click on courses takes more than 7 min to load all text info. any purchase via app is not enable still. truly need help to accomplish that task as soon as possible to have that done.
