Hi,
After the recent updates to WordPress, theme and Revolution Slider it seems that when the page first loads it adds white space to the right of the slider. I have tried changing settings in RS but not finding one that is fixing this. Any ideas?

Thanks for writing in! Unfortunately, an automated white label option is not available. You can change all Ekko referrences manually by editing the theme core files.
I deleted my website where ekko was installed because I want to install it on a new domain do I need to purchase new license?

If the license is used for only one domain, then you do not need to purchase another one. You can use the same purchase code to activate the theme.

1. The theme works properly with Yoast SEO and W3 Total Cache. Mostly all caching plugins have been tested and there are no known issues.
2. There are no other demos available except for the ones visible on our landing page. If you’re willing to build a drink-themed website, feel free to browse through and select a demo that covers your project needs. You can edit the sections and replace them with others from other demos.
3. I will forward your message to our devs about the responsive issues with the Winery demo. We will check and fix if necessary with the next theme update.

I’m planing to by the theme, so could you please fix “responsive” issue before that? The other thing, this kind of drink is national drink in Serbia, so there are not themes with this subject. I need to correct some other drink theme. How can I use my own icons then?
Can you attach a screenshot with the responsive issue in your next reply? I have checked on iPad and the site loads properly on my side.
Regarding the use of custom icons, you have the option to upload custom .svg or .png files. Each icon element support this feature.
How can I add attuchment here?
You can use an image-sharing website and post the link to the image.
Please use an actual device to test and refresh the page. The site loads properly on ipad devices. It needs a refresh after accesing the page as the theme loads a few dynamic styles on page load.

That’s a redirect issue. You need to disable all plugins and then enable them one by one until you find the problematic one.
Interested in the theme. I see on the catering demo there are photos next to each menu item. Is it an easy click to not display an image? I think of using this for a client and I know they don’t have photos for the items.

Making changes to the main blog pages is not possible. All layout changes to that page can be made via the Theme Options panel.

This may be a slider configuration issue. I can not tell for sure. Our developers are currently preparing a new theme update that will include the updated RevSlider plugin (v6.5.6). I hope this will fix it.

We haven’t received any reports related to your issue. Please try to update the theme and all plugins to the latest version and test again.
You can also check with the following:
- Make sure that the theme menus are correctly assigned in Appearance > Menus
- Disable all plugins except for the theme recommended ones and test again. If the issue is resolved, enable the plugins one by one until you find the problematic one(s).

You need to add delay to header menu, it really annoys when checking your demos, menu opens instantly on mouseover and not closing easily because it covers too much area.
