Huge problem all the packages fails what we’ve downloaded/ bought. The problems is the plugins are not downloading with the zip file. Not with any of them. Already tried to reach the support haven’t got any response. When can we expect help? Our work has stopped even we bought 4 ronneby licence the files are not working.

I am using https://rnbtheme.com/thirty-second/. I wanted to know for the mobile, is it possible to remove the white header and leave the lines for the menu like how it is on the desktop?
Also, I noticed that when clicking the links in the menu….it doesn’t closes it after navigating. It just navigates and stays open.

The mobile header is placed above the page content. There is no option to make the mobile header cover the content as a PC version for one-page scroll layouts.

The header can be disabled only for both PC and mobile, if the header is hidden with the CSS (for mobiles) you will have the white like on top as a script for the one-page scroll leaves space for the header.

I do have one more question haha. I have a row that has white space on top and bottom. All others are fine and I checked row settings and it default. Is it possible to disable that?

I have had this theme for years, decide to use it for a client and now remember why I have left it alone. Your demos are beautiful but basic basic tools are missing. I have just spent the last hour wasting my time *(to no avail) to remove the Title from the store page. This is basic (i.e. hide title). The stunning header is disabled and I am STILL no farther.
This page – https://9hs.f5e.myftpupload.com/product/gourmet-seasonal-arrangement. I do not want titles on Store pages, two inches above the title. And I do not want social shares on the side (disabled sidebars).
Please do not send me to support, I simply want the TITLE removed.

Sorry, now the product is sitting to high and there is no where to place padding. Also, just a question, is there anywhere to change the ‘social shares’? It would be fine if it was just Facebook/Instagram but the client does not need Twitter/Linkedin
Use Header style 1 on single product pages (Theme Options > General Options > Layout settings) as you have header style 2 and it covers the content. There are no options to change the share.

We have re-coded the theme and updated to new Envato rules so code structure is changed a lot so we have to rename the theme for version 3.0 and higher to prevent the issues related to theme files overwriting. If you download theme files on themeforest you will find dfd-ronneby and dfd-ronneby_child. The theme should be installed as new theme if you have a version under 3.0.
To update the theme you need to install it as a new theme. All styling and features will be saved. Do not forget to activate the theme with the purchase code and install the required plugins.
Please check http://rnbtheme.com/documentation/first-steps/dfd-ronneby-30-installation-and-activation. After switching the theme you need to recheck Menus in Appearance > Menus > Manage locations and Widgets in Appearance > Widgets as widgets can be set to default. It’s WordPress peculiarity and we are not able to influence on it.
