I am trying to save som elements that I have created using Bakery Builder as a template to use for other sites as well. But when I try to save the elementer, after giving it a name, I can’t hit the save button? Is that a bug or someting?

This issue happens with an older version of WPBakery Page Builder. Please update the theme and all plugins and test again.

Thank you for your reply. Our theme is updated as well as all the plugins, but the bakery builder plugin is not updated because it gets updated along with the theme, as far as I understand? I think this is the version that we currently have installed: Version 5.8.2. Is this the latest update?

The latest version for WPBakery Page Builder is v6.7. You can find the plugin archive within the theme main folder downloaded from ThemeForest. To update the plugin, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your site admin area > Plugins > disable and delete the WPBakery Page Builder plugin;
- Install the js_composer.zip archive and activate the plugin.

The topbar area is hidden by design on mobile devices. You need to place the language selector inside the main menu at the end.

Can you tell me how to lower the z-index of the sticky mobile header? Right now it is set to 1030 which is bootstrap z-index but my other elements are set higher and the header still appears on top.

Well yes, I understand how to lower the z-index but I have other elements with a higher z-index for example z-index:99999 !important; and for whatever reason the .navbar .navbar-default which is the mobile header still appears on top of the higher z-index elements. But if I lower the mobile header to z-index: 9 it just disappears altogether.
If I lower the mobile header from 1030 to 9 it disappears altogether. Hope that makes sense. If I raise it to 99 it then appears higher than the other elements with a z-index of 99999. It’s strange really.

Is there a way to hide the header button (the one that opens a popup modal) when someone is logged in?
Or change it when someone is logged in to something else? In theme options there are no options for this. Any known workarounds?

To hide the button when the user is logged in you can use CSS. Please add the following CSS code with the theme custom style area (Theme Options > Custom CSS/JS > CSS):
.logged-in .modal-menu-item { display: none; }

We plan to use the temple to create surveys in schools but also to write blogs for students, etc. But the most important are surveys.
I have some important questions:
The survey has its own scoring system. Each question has a numeric value 1 – 5 Respondents’ answers are counted and a score is generated at the end of the survey / questionnaire.

We are facing an issue of high CLS (0.8) on one of our website, using the Lead Engine theme. In the Page Speed Insights, it is showing an issue with the div of the header. This problem usually occurs with Stretch Row only. With Default Row the CLS is fine. We have started facing a high CLS issue since last 2 weeks.
Any resolution for this?

Thnaks for writing in! A quick resolve for this issue would be to switch to Default Row. When using Stretch Row, the section shifts to the right and left after the page is loaded.
As there is no option to change the breakpoint for the hamburger menu, could you please provide the code for the breakpoint for lets say 1270px. Many thanks in advance.

I see that the slider background image is not loading. Try creating a new slide from scratch and display it in a test page. I believe the issue is that you’re using a slider built with an older version of the plugin.

Yes, you can safely update to WP 5.8. There is one small compatibility issue with the Redux plugin and the widgets area. We hope this will be fixed soon. As a workaround, to be able to configure the widgets, you’ll need to install the Classic Widgets plugin.
