Hello, purchased this theme. Few issues when working: 1.Theme is not applying for Woocommerce end-points like Cart, Account, Checkout etc.
2. How do we add login/ signup pages as per the demo.
3. Option to hide the header is not visible on the page settings. (none of the customACF fields show up)

The header where the logo and menu appears, is using 100% full wide. But every inner page is using the boxed version for the logo/menu header.
How can I change the main page header to boxed style?
I tried but all the content above the fold get boxed style. I just want to change the menu and logo header. Not the images and all of that.

Hi, you shouldn’t have create any account for creating support ticket! It’s a straight forward form to create a new ticket. We use this to provide a better experience on support.
To change the Header from full width to box, you can go to “Header & Footer” menu from WordPress Dashboard.

It’s not as straight forward as you think!
I’ve checked every single header that is listed there. 18 total. The one that’s marked as “Entire Website” is for all the site except the home page.
I want to know how to edit the homepage’s header. I’ve checked one by one and there is not one of them that has the buttons I have in my site.
How to know which header I’m using using?

One thing I noticed that should be fixed in the next update…
On mobile & tablet version, if there is a menu item that’s internally linked (for example #pricing) then once clicked the menu pop-up should disappear, but it doesn’t.

Sadly, things didn’t start well. I have several issues with this template. It auto-install TONS of plugins and they are causing problems.
1 – The plugin WP Rocket was installed and then I tried to uninstall and it is impossible to do it. It pop-ups the option so you select why you are deactivating but no matter which one you chose, you can’t get rid of it.
2 – I’ve imported the demo content, menu, elements, portfolio, etc, etc. The menu was installed correctly but once I reloaded the page it disappear. I can see the menu in the menu settings and the menu elements are still there. They are also placed in the correct place. Still, it’s not being shown on the homepage.
3 – Elementor editor doesn’t work. I simply click on “Edit with Elementor” on the homepage but it doesn’t work. It offers me to activate the safe mode and despite I chose to do it, it can’t work either. The page keeps white forever.

1 was solved, I’ve simply delete from files manager of my hosting.
2 – was solved. It turns out that I can’t remove “ShadePro Helper”, I hate the dozens of plugins that you have to run this theme.
I have “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” and “Advanced Custom Fields: Font Awesome”. Both are similar plugins, why?
I have “Contact Form 7”, “Contact Form 7 Extension For Mailchimp” and “WPForms Lite”. WOW! 3 plugins just to show a form!
I have “Redux” and “Elementor”. Why 2 frameworks?
Also SVG Support plugin was installed.
And tons of others that I’ve started to uninstall. So, which of those can I get rid of? A website with all those will be slower no matter what.
Also, the point 3 of my first comment still doesn’t work.

Hi, to change the custom post taxonomy, you would need a developer’s help. Or, if you have development knowledge, you can do that by your own. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to change this in WordPress.
The theme is announced as multi language. So this is not correct.
I need at least some instructions to do it.

I’ve completed the form and sent the contact again. There is no ticket number as it’s a contact form. Contact forms doesn’t give ticket numbers. It says “Your support request is sent successfully! We will get back to you as soon as possible.”

This theme is complicated to work. Everytime you add i.e h2 it pulls some weird font,color,size and you must fix manually.

Hi, there is no automated way to remove that. You need to manually edit the code to remove it.
Please note that if you are not an expert, don’t change the code by yourself. It may break your website.
