since the major update of the theme and it’s plugins the shortcodes won’t work anymore, can you please assist
when I install and activate STM Mototrs – Classified Five plugin it does not let me activate the Classified Sixe plugin and vice versa. This error message appears: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare stm_get_array_icons() (previously declared in /home//domains/.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/stm-motors-classified-five/inc/helpers.php:83) in /home//domains/.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/stm-motors-classified-six/inc/helpers.php on line 83. tried to delete both plugins and reinstall without succes

Those plugins work only on the old versions of the Motors Classified Five and Classified Six layouts. Those layouts are deprecated. We are updating those plugins for the website where those layouts are active.
The new Classified Five layout is available here – https://motors.stylemixthemes.com/classified-five/
You’ll need to remove them from your website directories directly.

I would really appreciate an answer as the issue is that i cannot update the plugins I purchased : Motors – Classified Listings, STM Importer, STM Motors Extends, STM Motors MegaMenu and STM Post Type.
According to the errors, the Motors license isn’t activated on your website. Please go to the Motors Dashboard and activate your license.

1. The VIN decoder option comes with the Motors VIN Decoder plugin. You can install it and add it to the page. Here is a link to the plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/motors-vin-decoder/
2. The VIN Report option works exactly as on our demo website – https://motors.stylemixthemes.com/classified/listings/chevrolet-trailblazer-21/
Please note, the services/databases that reports come from aren’t free. The price depends on a certain third-party service. The Motors VIN Decoder plugin just connects those services with the website.
3. The VIN Report button is linked to a single listing page. So it should be placed only on listing pages. VIN Check form can be added to any page.

The URL structure of the inventory filter can not be changed. The theme doesn’t generate individual category pages. Therefore, the Classic filter generates search results based on the PHP get parameters.

Cron functionality is available in the Pro version of the WP All Import plugin. That plugin is powered by the third-party author and it isn’t included in the Motors package.

Hello, I just bought a website with the Motors theme installed and I bought a 6-month support license. When I try to create a ticket at support.stylemixthemes.com I enter the purchase code and it does not work. (“Illegal purchase code format. You probably typed it wrong”).

That kind of error displays when the code format isn’t correct. Please make sure that you copied the whole purchase code or the purchase code belongs to the Motors theme.
Alternatively, please re-login on our support website using the “Login with Envato” plugin.

That kind of feature is available in the Rental One layout of the theme. The booking form in Rental Two accepts bookings on an hourly basis. It isn’t possible to combine the booking forms of those layouts at this moment.

According to the history of your requests, our support agent told you that the demo images aren’t included in the theme due to licensing restrictions. In other words, we purchased those images from 3rd party providers and we do not have the right to include them in the theme package.
We mentioned that even on the description page of Motors. Other parts of our demo website are included and can be installed.

Now we upgraded to Motors 5.1.2 and our MAIN LISTINGS PAGE IS BROKEN int oversion Motors 5.1.1 we used only Modern Fiilter with unlimited cars on one page. But now we have on top left side: Classic Filter, under this is Modern Filter and page have numbering, now is showed only 9 cars per one list. Please how we can fix it? We need unlimited cars without numbering and on Listings Page only Modern Filter (not Classic Filter). Thank you for your fast answer.

The theme doesn’t generate inventory pages itself. It is required to create a page and add one of the filter modules – STM Classic filter or STM Modern filter.
Please go to the Theme Options > Inventory Settings and select the page with the STM Modern filter in the Inventory Archive Page setting. Just reselect that page if it is already selected and save changes.

Yes, you are right. Apparently, there are some styling conflicts in the theme. I’ve forwarded this issue to our developers. Hope it will be fixed in our coming updates.
