Hello, I dont know how fast you respond to presale question, but we need to purchase a marketplace and deploy within the hour.. few questions 1. we already have elementor, elementor pro, hello theme and a library kit installed. and we have designed all our pages and templates. we would like to keep some of the templates and pages. so we can migrate useful sections already built..especially in home page, search page, product page etc. please let me know to what extent this is possible and what we will loose, and also what we need to do 2. we are using the WCFM marketplace and have configured it already, are we going to loose all that configurations 3 we would like to import some (very few) content but use our available content in most of the pages, how do we do this 4. do we get to change all new theme 100% from elementor or there are things we cant change in your theme 5. is it every plugin that is compatible with elementor, that is compatible with besa, or we need to consult with you before installing new plugins kind respond within the hour, we will be on hold

Sorry for the late reply. But let me answer it frankly, I want you to understand the issue clearly before making decisions.
1. WordPress Themes are basically templates for building websites. So it will need developers to tweak it to fit the specific requirements of each website. Therefore, it is not feasible to buy a theme, install and configure it in an hour to complete a sales website. Because there’s actually quite a bit to do here. Not to mention the case that your website has specific features that the WordPress theme does not have.
So usually you will need to have a website for testing. Install the new theme there, handle all the problems until perfect. Only then applied to the official website.
2. We have a team to support problems within 24h. But if direct support within 1h is not possible.
That’s my advice to you. Hope you will have the most suitable choice

thanks. but just before I go to using ticket, please kindly tell me how to upload “writeable folder” coz I still see all my previous home page and settings with no change. so I guess importing sample data and child theme will replace it. however while uploading I unchecked “content” to use my content… but nothing changed, so I am setting the theme up again, but I guess I need to upload “writeable folder” as indicated.. where do I access it and where do I upload folder to?

If you leave out “Content” then you don’t need to care about that. Of course, if you remove content, you will almost have to do more things: create Home Page, create Header, Footer, ...

1. Woo – WooCommerce Products Filter. is crash mobile shop page and its not appear properly, also filter tabs not show,
2. Mobile view of single product page, more products tab error to show the product view.
