I am really disappointed with the poor support provided. You guys don’t know what’s causing the errors in your own theme.
We are sorry to know, we tried our best to help all customer. We have 400+ customer in this theme we find no major issues Secondly our support time is gtm+6 9am-6pm, Sunday to Friday.
If you think our support is not that quality I suggest you to take refund if you found better support than us

When you activate the license through the Envato account but still see the message that “License not activated”
It doesn’t mean that the license is not activated it means the license has already been activated but for the site cache the notification is still showing.
So keep working on your site the notification will go away eventually.
