Thank you for taking interest in our theme. :) Please note that we didn’t include compatibility for the latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions yet and we are working hard on adding them. It would be best to wait until we release an official update which we hope so will be available soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

You can try using Classic Widgets plugin as a temporary solution if you are having some issues on the latest WordPress version.

Thank you very much. Please note that WooCommerce pages are predefined pages so they have limited customization. You can create your own page where you can use product list and choose categorie or specifics products that you wish to display.

Hi, for speed reasons of my site I had to change the web hosting and transfer the domain to another provider. Now I have reinstalled wordpress and when i try to active theme, it tells me that: Code is already registered for other domain. But it is the same domain and project. Thx.

I tried to deregister it from qodeinteractive. But tell me that: Please navigate to your WordPress Admin area and deregister the theme manually. I don’t have access anymore because i have transfare domain.

Hi my support expired but i have a big issue now.

I want to change the license to be used with new domain and cancel the old one.

I deregistered my old domain coffcodee.com and tried to register the new domain latteeart.com but it keeps telling me that “code is registered for another domain”

We have deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article – Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.

Hi Guys, the parallax section (“use our application”) is not working on mobile view (iphone 11 pro). please check your site https://barista.qodeinteractive.com/. there you will find the bug… How can i solve it? And no, I won´t open up a ticket for this issue. It is your bug.

Btw.: There are a lot of problems with responsiveness. Another example: https://barista.qodeinteractive.com/parallax-showcase/

Sorry, but if you offer a theme here on this plattform – it is a must to check responsiveness.

Thanks for notifying us about this.

Unfortunately, the Parallax effect is usually disabled by default on mobile devices. The reason for this is that the Parallax effect does not work consistently on all mobile devices. You can read more about this here: What Are Parallax Effects And How To Use Them On Your Site.

This has been somehow mistakenly left out from our demo but you can always head over to Edge Options > Elements > Parallax.

Also if you still encounter issues you can try to add this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Thanks for taking an interest! Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.

If you refer to a membership plugin where users can login and register you should know that this is not included within the theme and you can achieve this with a third party plugin perhaps.

Do note that this has not been tested with our theme nor can we guaranty theme compatibility.

As we already mentioned shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL, but we cannot guaranty it will work correctly with the dynamic shortcodes, even after you add custom CSS. Since our theme is not listed for compatiblity with RTL.

I just purchased this and tried to install it on 5.8.3 and the page content is not displaying correctly. My website host auto-updates WordPress (for security purposes) and I can’t rollback.

I know that autoplay in the the Sliderrevolution is only possible with some interaction in advance. So i added some button with an action – and it worked fine. BUT ONLY ON DESKTOP.

The Audiofile doesn´t autoplay on iphone, ipad mini und ipad pro. Do you have any idea why?

It worked only 1 time but I think i did some changes, that i can´t remember. Could you please help me?

Hello, I am using Barista theme and my support period has ended. I have a small problem please help. I have too many products on the menu page and I want to update the price. Is there a place where I can update this in bulk? It’s like downloading an Excel document and re-uploading it to its current version.

Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme. You can try to achieve this with some 3rd party plugin, however, we cannot give you an exact recommendation as we haven’t tested such plugins with the Barista theme and we cannot guarantee it’s 100% functionality.

I bought the barista template. I’ve been using it for a long time. I had to write here because my support period is over. I haven’t noticed until now. My customer noticed and forwarded it to me. Hi, how do I deregister my license? I have the old version of theme and didn’t update the version: 1.4. I can’t find where to deregister the license from the old version. I’m actually working with the staging site with a fresh install of updated theme and about to do the import of demo.

Thank you for the previous help. I am having an issue with header images. On the sub pages like about me and others, the top image does not span the whole page. Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them. Also, in case that you are using cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

For demo import please follow instructions from this article How To Import Demo Content Using The One-Click Demo Import Feature. On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.
