Hello – I have come across a problem in the tourmaster system. When I add custom extra booking information fields, it does not appear in the transaction order information.
I tried to add these instead to custom customer detail fields section, but then after they book, it does not send any confirmation email to the customer.

Fantastic theme, but the biggest drawback is that the guest cannot book multiple tours at once.
For example, I’m using this theme for tours, and if my guest wants to book two different tours, they have to rebook it again; I don’t find it user-friendly. Second, there is no way to change the names to something else;
For example, Adult, Child, Student, Infant, I would like to change it to Single-Seater, Double-Seater, etc., but there is no option. There should be an option to change this separately in each tour.

2. Unfortunately, I can guide you to change the names to something else for all the tours, we can’t change it in specific tour as you wish.

Thank you for getting back; I would appreciate it if you could let me know how I can change the names, and also if I can add a few more options there besides, Adult, Child, Student, Infant.
For example, I change the Adult > SIngle-Seater, Child > Two-Seater, Student > Three-Seater, Infant > Four-Seater, but I need to add a few more options. After that, I can display the appropriate options at the front-end because not all tours offer the same seating options.

For the loco plugin, we’re using the translate method to apply the new EN text to override the default EN text in the pot file, so as long as the translated file is available, it still works for you even the plugin deactivate/delete.

If you want to add more fields, it will be a lot of work to do because this means you add a new option in the tour system.
You can try to take a look in:
- wp-content/plugins/tourmaster/include/tour-option.php
- wp-content/plugins/tourmaster/include/tour-util.php
- wp-content/plugins/tourmaster/include/payment-util.php
Please note: we don’t provide support for customizing, so you need to do it by yourself.

Hello!
Thanks for the great theme. We are loving it. However I have a question. How can I remove the “Billing Details” from checkout page? I have made a “custom contact details” field on one of our tours. The custom fields I have created are automatically duplicated in “Billing Details” on the checkout page and the customer must enter everything again. We do not use the theme for payment gateway so this is not necessary. Is there a way to do this from editing the theme code?
Or another way around this would be if you could please tell me how to receive the custom Booking Form fields on the admin confirmation email. The reason I edited the custom contact details on the proceed booking page is because the custom additional booking details field do not save on the backend of the transaction, neither is any of that information sent to admin.

You can remove it out in: wp-content/plugins/tourmaster/include/payment-util.php file around line 831 to line 855 and around line 903 to line 914.
Please note you need to do it again after update our theme/plugin to the newer version in the future.

Thanks for your quick reply.
The widget name is WooCommerce and inside the widget is “Products by Category.”
I also tried to set a “product page” under WooCommerce settings by choosing a blank page i created. It’s also having major function issues on that page too.
I think it must be due to the incompatibility but I hope not as I enjoy this theme alot and wish to continue it

1. About the missing menu, can you try to switch the theme to another and see if the problem fixed? This shouldn’t be the theme issue.

Is Square available in the payment method?
Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Authorised.net and Stripe.
To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

The Credit Card Payment Gateway : Stripe paymill and auothorize none of this works for Turkey and paypal is forbidden in Turkey since 2016 so any recommendation please ? Cant we get a credit card payment screen so we can charge with mail order ?

Really sorry but I have no idea about exporting only some specific tours. What I know is that you can do this : https://take.ms/iYIDb but it will export all tours.
Or you may try to seek for the plugins that allow you to import/export specific posts.

I have a serious and urgent problem with the Strip payment method. I linked it, It does not work. I put the public key and the secret key in live mode : don’t work I put the public key and the secret key in demo mode : don’t work

Is it possible with this theme, that when a visitor/customer makes a booking/payment, an email is automatically sent to a second pre-set email adres other than my own? The pre-set second email adres would be different with every product
Consequently, I will receive the notification email, but also my business-partner that provides the service that I’ve sold.
Otherwise every sell needs manually copy/past/sending to the right company to inform them about the sell.
