Hi, I am having a few issues with finally installing the theme. 1) Is there a way to enable an auction only site? I do not want any other options for products other than auctions.
2) I also do not want vendor capabilities, all items are ours. Is there a way to again just make the admin the only vendor?
3) when I add test auctions (my home page is set as the auctions page) the 1st auction in the grid has its description showing as the page header. I have never encountered this before and have been pulling my hair out trying to solve this.

1. By creating only products that are auctions, simply have the Product type changed from Simple to Auction.
2. Deactivate the plugins, like Dokan or WCFM if you do not need the functionality of a multivendor website.

This way only trusted bidders will be allowed to bid.

My problem was solved when I changed to a different header regarding the white colours. (I was using header no 3). Now I need to figure out how to get the “my account” dropdown link to work without clicking forever around the dropdown arrow and wording. This is going to be extremely frustrating for users. Only think I can do is double up to the my-account page on the menu, which is not very pretty.

Hello, presale questions: I see at registration you need to pick if you are a seller or a bidder, i guess that are 2 different types of account. Is it possible to make only 1 type of account which can sell and bid?

1. The ‘vendor’ user role is used to both sell and bid/buy but I do not recommend to only keep this user role because it requires more details on registration and is not necessary for those who only want to buy. So technically yes it is achievable.

2. Yes, a product auto-approval feature is available.
3. Yes, there is an option to hide-ended auctions.
4. When an auction gets finished, in case someone wins it, both (vendor and the client) will get notified: - customer will get details of the product + a link to pay for the auction. - vendor will get the notification that the auction was won.

Our theme is based on quality images and that’s why the score is not too high at this moment. Please note that now, no caching plugin is enabled on the site.
For now, we relied on the real speed of the website, which is under 3.5 seconds.
In the following days, we will set up the caching and you will be able to also see the scores > +85 on the Google Pagespeed test.
