After digging through the theme files it seems this is the correct action so I dont know why you are telling me to view the hooks and actions page, however simply adding this to child theme doesn’t work ? As a paying customer please can you ask someone that actually knows about this. Thanks

Hi there, I’m a developer who is working for a client who had bought this theme. I have a purchase code he passed on to me.
I’m trying to figure out an issue, where I moved my site to aws lightsail and I’m missing a footer and header, also, if I go to advanced options the access is restricted. I get a message that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
I can activate a purchase key without a problem, also I am able to ping to your sites.

This is not our Theme but some restrictions issue from your server end, please contact your hosting provider and ask to do the following listed below, and then check back after removing the server, site, and browser cache, I am sure it will solve your issue.
It turns out the issue is that trying to save changes in the Porto Theme Settings is triggering ModSec rule 300015 for some reason, which is an SQL injection protection rule, so you have to disable this rule server-wide until you are in the development process, as the ModSec rule that was getting triggered is one of the standard WHM/cPanel rules as of one of the newer versions, so more and more servers are going to have this rule enabled by default.
OR
That might be the permission issue from your server end and DB end, so in that case you have to contact the hosting provider as well and ask to check and solve the permission issue.
And if you need more help then please ask your client to contact with his Envato username and purchase code with us via our support system.

Is very strange I have 49% of my posts not indexed. And in google serch console appears this error for the url: No: the tag · “noindex” was detected in the meta tag “robots
I have been looking in internet and says could be due the template are blocking the url. In funcions.php. And says to check the following:
<meta name=”robots” content=”noindex, follow” />. Change nonidex by index
Can you tell where I can find this in Porto to check it? I have been looking in functions.php but I didn’t found it. Or can you tell me any option/cache problems if the template in any option can be blocking the url to be crawled by google?

You can find the ”<meta name=”robots” content=”noindex, follow” />” in the porto\inc\functions\layout.php file at line number “2934” see the image for a better reference: i.is.cc/2MF8tQVx.png You can set this as you need to solve your issue. I hope you understand.

You have to select the type of products as a slider because the arrows will appears only in the slider. Once you choose slider then set the columns as per you need like in the image I set only 1 column: i.is.cc/1mXJ8Xx.png then in the slider settings turn off the autoplay option and choose the nav to arrow like in the image: i.is.cc/1n6zBht.png by doing this only one column will appear with arrows. I hope you understand.

Hello, 5 year user of Porto, love it. Updated to latest version and lost all of our blocks. I read the comments and saw the post that describes this issue. Under “Porto” we do not have the “template builder” tab to show the blocks.

You have to go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Portfolio and “Enable” the Portfolio Custom Post Type from there and then you will find the Portfolio option in WP Dashboard Sidebar, you have to go to Portfolio and create multiple Portfolios from there as per your requirements and set the featured images for those portfolios as well.
Now finally you have to use the Porto Portfolio element on your site any page and set the element as slider as per your requiremets.
