Hello first of all thank you for this great theme! After some starting issues I was able to adjust pretty much anything the way I wanted it to be for my new website.

However there are 2 things I cant seem to find a solution, even though I looked up the documnetation closley.

1) Inside Product Detail view, I cant remove a button called “Ask A Question” below the “Add To Cart” and “Buy Now” button. How can I remove/ edit this button?

2) Inside Product Detail View after import I now have 4 tabs called “Descritpion”, “Reviews”, “Store Policy” and “Inquries”. I only need the first two tabs. How do I remove the custom tabs “Store Policy” and “Inquries”. —> I know you guys have a article on how to “add custom tabs”. But inside my Woocommerce Product Tabs there is no such tab showing up.

When i try to import a demo theme with WPBakery I get an error after import when i go to the site

So I just change the categories widget in the shop sidebar to not show amount of products. And now the whole shop stopped rendering. No archive pages with that widget no longer load. Just from changing a setting in guttenberg from Riode Sidebar manager.

Removing the widget and re-adding it does nothing. Shop now only works without the category menu in the sidebar. That’s not really an option. How would I get it working again?

Hello, import function does not work. Even if I use “Alternative Method” and get to finally import the Demo, afterwards I get “Security Issue” whenever I try to import any aditional headers, blocks or anything else. I’ve opened a ticket, please support urgently.

As i see, this theme come without support. I think u guys need to resolve this issue if u want big sales for u theme. U have fine theme but its not enoth … I wanted to buy it, but after reading the comments, I’ll hold off for now.

I have already used the Best woocommerce theme WoodMart like that system. They permission 3 website and able to remove the license from the 3 websites.

I’m finding like this themes. Because, I have built 2-3 woocommerce website Per week for my clients.

If you don’t use the old website after deactivate the purchase code, you can use your purchase code in new website. But If not, it is a illegal license. Maybe it is same in WoodMart.

Example: 1st active the license on one website and after completing the website I will deactivate the license and again do a new website with the license?

When I use the Riode Studio to import the menu, it keep saying “Security issue found! Please try again later”. Tried with Chrome,Safari. No luck!

The support page is not working. However the solution to this issue may help others.

In woocommerce > products. I want the order of variations to be custom, and not in by Name (Alphabetical). However the theme is overriding this.

Actually, there is no problem with our support system. 1000+ users are using support system now. and also other users from our products like Wolmart and Molla are using now. It might not be a problem with Support Sytem.

Tried to open a support ticket but it doesn’t seem to be working or I couldn’t figure it out. I’m trying to create a contact us page using demo 2 and after trying to download several times, my programmer now tells me the file(s) aren’t in the admin panel. Can you make these files available for download in the themes template builder please?
