Regarding the hourly rental office theme, is there a profile page for companies? So a customer can access this page and choose the type of rental in this specific location? (office, desk… etc) instead of searching all the listings?

But owner page does not filter listings. Only search can find specific listings (by availability, category and any other filter you wish to add to search from what the theme has as options) Thank you

Hi, this is a pre-sale question. When using the contact form instead of the booking form, is there an option to send the invoice to guests who wants to book after they receive a price quote and availability confirmation from the owner through the message system? Please could you also clarify if when using the contact form, will this affect all listings from all owners in the site, or each owner can decide if they want to use the contact form or the booking form for their listings? The option to replace the booking form with a contact form is managed by site admin. If enabled, it replaces the booking form in all listings.
The owner cannot generate the invoice if the booking request is not sent through the form. The contact form will be a message. Owner can add manual bookings. But invoices will not be generated.

hi, if i have more then 7 reviews on a property it creates a new (review page) when clicking on page 2 for the reviews it takes me to the top of the page what is not very good, is it a fix for this or can i show all reviews on same page please?

This is what I want to do:
Instant Booking + Approval
- User logins in as guest and wants to make a booking. Selects dates and other and then clicks checkout. The provide all their information and also provide their credit card details. Owner gets notified of booking request and can accept the booking. Only once the booking is accepted will the payment be taken. Payment should include all fees, including service fee and the accommodation price. User should not have to organise additional payment outside of my site.
I’d also like to know up to how many properties have you tested this theme with? Up to 1000? The demo is a bit slow. What do you recommended to speed it up a bit?

The theme allows owner to approve a booking request.
Admin can set a 100% deposit required.
And in this case money goes to site admin for a booking to be confirmed, but owner still needs to approve each booking if that is what he wants (instant booking option bypasses owner approval). Up to here our theme can do what you wish.
In case you put 100% deposit, admin gets the money. We do not have a method to send owner money. That would have to be done outside the theme.
The theme was tested with with 1k. I am not sure what demo you check. Send me the details I will check that separately. We verify speed regularly and we could not see any slow demo, but we will recheck again for sure.

1. The Checkout -> cart process is woo commerce based. I am afraid that cannot be modified.
2. The checkout with instant booking as in SOLO demo example will register user as he goes through the check-out automatically. If you do not use instant + woo commerce as in solo demo, user must register from the register modal in order to stay on the property page after he logins.

Hi, Thank you for the message. WpRentals is a standalone theme (as Enfold is), and wordpress cannot use 2 themes at the same time on the same domain. So you would need a sub-domain with wordpress installed and there you can use the 2nd theme. But there will be separate wp-admin area, separate databases, separate users etc. Thank you

Unfortunately there was an error in the user registration when booking via Woocomerce. Instead of a guest account, an owner account is recorded, i.e. it is not precisely defined that the user is only allowed to book. Where can i customize that?
