hello i just paid for your porto theme, and im ready to install it in my wordpress panel, and i already download them, but it got 2 files, one (all file and documentation) , one (installable wordpress file only)

im using wordpress to create my web, which file i should use? pls let me know, im waiting and rush for it, thank you

Actually, Installing and using more then 1 page builder plugins will cause unexpected issues on the site. So it is not good if you want to use both at a time you can use it at your own risk.

Hi,

I have a webshop running for 14 months now. Recently, when I add a new product, the images don’t show correctly. You can see this via the following link: https://mybeautyproducts.be/product/jane-iredale-smooth-affair-illuminating-glow-face-primer/

I tried other image formats, creating new products from scratch, copying existing products, the result is always the same.

My “older” products remain ok but I am unable to add new ones because of this issue.

I really hope you can help me figure out what is causing this.

Please read and follow all the debugging processes listed below one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 14/02/2021. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I’m using Porto theme on AWS, after importing the demo the theme option saving button works without problem .. after 6hr of style editing I’m getting the msg below when i try to save the theme option: “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.” .. I didn’t install any additional plug or change WP/Server setting

If you want to use Custom Icons then you have to use it with Custom HTML. You have to upload your Custom Icon under WP-Dashboard >> Media and then use Custom HTML on any page as per your requirements,

We have already removed the WpBakery Ultimate VC Addons from our theme package for the last 4+ years and we are no more providing support for it.

That discount text is Custom HTML and coming from Porto >> Theme Options >> General >> HTML Blocks so you have to modify or remove it from there as per your requirements.
