Changes to logo do not appear the site. I have added the logo to all the available spots in the logo section. Does the logo need to be a specific size for it to show on the site?

We are sorry for this misunderstanding, you were mistakenly sent and answer that is not relevant to your questions. We sincerely apologies.

The logo does not need to be a specific size, however it is possible that the logo is updated on the page it self. So please check the page settings for Logo as if this is set, it will overwrite the global options.

The workflow function no longer works, is it the fault of the WPBakery plugin not updated to the latest version? I don’t have active assistance but can you give me feedback if you release the WPB update to the latest version so as to understand why the workflow has stopped working? Thank you

I am trying to change the menu bar to transparent. I can only get it to display correctly on the home page but can not duplicate. What is the trick to this?

Hi,

When I am installing the theme, the Import demo content part took me ages and eventually stop at a particular percentage. (76% for importing all content)

I can confirm that my system is above the recommended requirements. I tried a couple of time this few days. Is there any solution to this or is there a manual way to import demo contents?

Hi, just purchased this theme and did an installation. All is fine till I tried to register my theme.

At “TheAisle Dashboard”, I entered the Purchase Code and email, clicked on “Register Theme” and it says “Please Wait…”.

I have been waiting and trying for the past one hour plus. Tried page refresh and the methods indicated on (https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008419897-How-To-Fix-The-Please-Wait-Error-During-Registration-Process) but still unsuccessful.

Even increased the PHP Time Limit and PHP Max Input Vars as adviced, still unsuccessful.

Tried contacting your support but got an connection time out error “Error 522 Ray ID: 6b2021b076d9dcd6 • 2021-11-22 06:34:52 UTC Connection timed out” hence attempting to reach you guys through here.

Love this theme. Client is very happy, but has one request. On mobile devices is it possible to make portfolio images display after section title/description? With larger portfolios It’s a lot of scrolling on a phone to reach description, pricing, etc.

This can be achieved with custom css. Please try adding custom css below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

This css will effect only the “small masonry” portfolio layout so please let us know if you need this for other layouts.

we purchased the theme today and installed it with the step by step instructions and everything came out to be left aligned.

Scroll down and check every page

Also when i try to edit it using elementor, everything looks like one big text section.

They should all be laid out in it’s own section to be edited.

I have purchased this theme, installed it and it worked fine for two days. This morning WP Bakery would not work and I have tried all the work around solutions found on the internet and on your support page, deactivating all plugins and installing others. But with no luck. Your theme says it comes with WP Bakery (64$) but it still requires you to license it at a cost. It cost two days of hard labour for nothing!!

I will not be renewing support, it is just too expensive!

Please note that WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.
