Hello, I am interested in buying the theme but I have several pre-sale questions.
- Can packages be created with payment options for candidates? And if so, what payment options can be included for candidates?
- The button to apply to a job offer can be customized to go to an external page?. For example, so that the candidate, instead of sending his CV through the web, can go to an external url of the job offer that is the website of the company itself.
- Job offers imported from Indeed, CareerJet or others, are imported with all the details and description, creating a complete job offer? Or is it only imported in the list and redirected from there?
- Can preselection questions be included when a company creates a new job offer and that the candidate must answer when applying for the job?

ad1. The ‘candidate packages’ are for the resume upload, so you can charge users for creating resumes on your site
ad2. Yes, you can set it to external URL
ad3. There’s no built-in import tool for that, you’d have to use 3rd party plugins
ad4. You can customize application form but that will be the same form for all users, it’s not per job

Hi there, i often login as admin and the site performs and displays as expected.
But when i login as a test recruiter, from front end login, it tries to serve /my-profile/ but gives a blank page.
Then even trying to browse the site normally, gives a blank page everywhere.

We would like to set up a website (for a non-profit organization) to connect potential interns to companies that could welcome them for an internship.
In a way, it would be like people posting their resume and recruiters could select one or several of them:
Each potential intern should fill an application form (with personnal info, several questions about their studies and documents to provide like ID card); and then if selected they should be associated to a internship supervisor paticipating to the program. Interns should have an access to their application info and be able to follow the process.
Each intership supervisor should fill some info too (about their company, the internship dates and hours, if they can supervise one or several interns…) and have a personnal access to their data, follow the process and be able to see their intern(s) info.
We should be able to translate to website (and the jobs board) as the intern are young and don’t speak necessarily English.
It would be great as well to print the internship agreement directly from the website and to export the potential interns and the supervisors database in CSV, but we can developp an ad hoc module for these 2 points.
Do you think that your template (eventually adding some third part component) could do the trick ?

Hi,
you can check all features on demo. Interns can add resumes, employers can browse resumes database. You can translate it to any language. There’s no option to print automatically agreement.

I checked your demo and I think we can be able to adapt your Job Board to our needs.
However, is it possible to have the resume browsing page (https://workscout.in/resumes/) and the jobs and companies pages (https://workscout.in/browse-jobs-list-layout-sample/ and https://workscout.in/companies/) only accessible to logged in candidates and employers ?
It is especially important for the candidate resumes as they are high school students…
There are a few free plugins which allow to hide certain pages depending on user role so yes it can be done

I have a problem with the companies. ex. someone creates a company, then I as an admin view the company from the backend and want to change the owner. I click on the “change” button next to the username but it just redirects to the top of the page. Please check here https://prnt.sc/26dr6c8.
Also on the company submission form there is an option to upload header image. But on backend the header image is not shown anywhere. How can I edit the header image submitted by a user on the front end? ex. Someone adds a header image with wrong proportions and I want to fix it.

Presale question: I’m checking the demo, and I wanted to make sure employers can search for candidates and resumes. Also that candidates cannot see each other’s information and resumes. Is this how this works?

Yes employers can broese candidates and caidates can apply with their resumes.
It’s possible to hide candidates for unlogged and for candidate user role and show them only to employers. It can be easily achievable with plugin that restrict content based on user role

Not really, the only way is to send us purchase code or contact us using account the theme was bought from. Even in that case the license is for the person who bought the theme.

Hi! in the new theme style (home-7), in a grid home page, in the job, the name of the company (when the company name is long and uses more than one line) the lines appear too separated, like double line separation, Is there a way to make the company name field “single line spacing”. I dont want both employer and candidate see each others profiles. My mission is employers and candidates create profiles and I want manually match the candidate and employer from wp-backend. So I will choose which candidate will apply to which employeer for a job. And when employeer login to his/her profile, he will only see my desired candidates that I match them for.
Is this possible?
I mean I will hide employer and job listing pages, but after candidate and employer create profile, I will investigate candidates and I will apply for an employers job for candidate. So when employer log’s in to his/her profile, employer will see some candidates applyed for his/her job. (the jobs I applied for candidate form the backend)
