It was after installing something (demo content)... not sure what it was I’ll check later in the future and report back
now I’m really afraid of using this theme
We used a user for creating demo content on our end and when you install demo content all the database data move to your site for this you get the user. However, you can delete this user and change it to your email.

I totally understand, however, this is still a big security risk. Since I’m not an expert and I happen to see this by mistake I wouldn’t trust this theme any longer. which I recommend everybody else not to trust it either.. until further resolved and certified by a third party.
Nowadays security is paramount to any endeavour you do both customer and vendors.
by the way.. yes this only happen (that I’m aware of) only when installing demo data…. but is it only this?

This is not our theme issue. We use the Unyson plugin where this plugin using over 1 million websites to install demo content.
When Unyson installs demo content they remove all default data.. and import demo data from our demo website.. and this email you mentioned this is not using this is just a demo email with the wp subdomain.
We don’t need any website access cause if we need this we can ask in support and our users provide login details if they faced any issues. we are happy to check and fix the issue.

I understand what you described here… I would recommend you contact Unyson and/or stop using it and provide an. update theme installation where the issue is solved.
Real or not real email, that is not ok. A theme (with demos or not) should never change the admin email. it can be used to trick users, not by you but other people that make take your theme vulnerability (if we can call it like that)to their own benefit; impacting not only your customer but your as a brand.

1. Yes you can create vendor pages
2. Yes vendor login and register is available
3. You can create B2B marketplace where sellers and create there site and sell product on your site.

After last update on my website https://www.portaorologi.it/ the icons in ALL CATEGORY menu are not shown anymore. The icons are icon-watch and icon-light-bulb
We have optimised our theme for better speed for this we disable some icons library and added a new lite weight font library. If you are using header builder just edit the header in elementor and then add the icons from the new library. Also, Goto>Appearance>Customize>Theme Option> Optimization Settings and enable which library you need.

After last update Megamenu on top of page doesn’y work wel anymore. If you click on Menu bars it disapperas. It must be kept presseto tho show submenus. And if you click son submenus the submenues are not shown. Look https://www.portaorologi.it

Theme is good. But theme is not SEO friendly. I request you please work on SEO Friendly website. You can check https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ website speed here.. Mobile speed should be 60 + and Desktop speed should be 80+ I hope, Development team will work on it. Thanks

You can add any related plugins to do this. And 1% users no need this types of support in theme.

Please, sorry for the troubles. I noticed that trying to create a custom header with ElementsKit, there’s no way of bringing in some original theme elements to the custom header, see image https://snipboard.io/DQRK80.jpg .
Though I could use the product search but it’s not giving the categories like the original theme header.
I want to know if it’s possible to use ElementsKit or Elementor to edit the original theme headers?

We have all the default header option to Elementskit Header builder. Use Marketo Nav Search and Marketo Vertical Menu widget in order to get the look of default header.
