You can change the zoom value in one of the following files depending on the map service you are using. I am assuming you are using Modern design on your website.

Open Street Map: wp-content → themes → realhomes → assets → modern → scripts → js → properties-open-street-map.js

Google Map: wp-content → themes → realhomes → assets → modern → scripts → js → properties-google-map.js
