why does it not accept my PURCHASE code when installing 5.0.1

I noticed a problem with the profile page.

the page shows nothing but this : [profile_short_base profile_layout=”p1″]​​​

I also searched in google and found a lot of websites that are using this theme have the same problem. you can search “[profile_short_base profile_layout=”p1″]​​​” to see.

please help me to fix the issue or if you can send me the previous version as a quick fix before updating the last version.

My support access is expired but the latest update caused me this issue. should I have to pay $50 to fix a problem that I didn’t cause?

The Theme is not working as it claims there many bugs and too much confusion how the user can not login or register i am requesting for refund.

Hi, I have three pre-purchase questions; (1.) Is it possible to customize (add or remove fields) in the section for posting Ads? For example I don’t need “Item Condition” and “Type of Ad” buttons when the User is submitting Ads, also I would like a User to pick a specific advertising package (Packages may include; Free, Premium, Advanced e.t.c) before submitting the Ad. Is it possible to customize this via Admin dashboard? (2.) I will make an Android Native App (using Java) that will be using data from my website.
