Dear Apus-Theme,
for us it is important to clarify these subjects before buying the theme “CareerUp”.
So can you please answer the following questions:
- Our provider offers only shared hosting. So our php.ini can only be configured via a user.ini and not via the master server directly. Does this have an effect on your theme?
- We administrate a lot of different job seekers. Can they be contacted directly from outside with the contact form e.g. here on this site? https://apusthemes.com/wp-demo/careerup/candidate/ralph-johnson/- Can the item “Offered Salary” be deactivated? And is it possible furtheron to individualize the different items like Experience, Age, Languages, Qualification, Age? And can we add others than that?
- Can all items been searched for or filtered? - Can we choose to use either checkboxes or radiobuttons for each item to filter?
We would like to purchase your theme, but so can you answer these questions first, please.

Hello Apus I am really impressed by your theme and I want to buy it, however, make the following updates, please. On the Candidate side 1. Instead of Education 1, education 2 let the title be the education title. The same with Experience, awards, and skills. So that the candidate can see the titles 2. Add a description field under the skill so that candidate can describe their expertise. 3. In the candidate’s dashboard menu what does “Shortlist Jobs” mean, is it the jobs where the candidate has been shortlisted? 4. In case the candidate is not successful do they get a notification that the job has closed and their application failed? 5. Change “Alerts Jobs” to “Jobs Alerts” and how does a candidate set up the alerts? Can the alerts be sent as SMS? 6. Enable Hide the email and phone number for non logged in user
On the Employer side: 7. Change “Applicants Jobs” to “Job Applications” and “Shortlist Candidates” to “Shortlisted Candidates” to show candidates shortlisted per job. 8. Add the possibility for the employer to select other currencies when showing the salary, many employees understand the amount in their local currency. 9. Additional features could be—After shortlisting can the employer schedule an interview online

1. To apply for any job candidate needs to create and update his profile first. Is it possible to skip this step? After clicking the Apply Now button, instead of creating the profile, a form will get open and there he can apply for the job by uploading the resume. 2. Can any candidate just submit the resumes without applying for any vacancy? 3. In the wordpress panel, under the Job applicants section there are filters like Job Type, Sectors etc Can we have more filters like Education, Experience, Qualification?

first Admin Panel > Settings list doesn’t have Jobs Settings in it, list is ( General, Writing, Reading, Discussions, Media, Permalinks, Privacy). if you mean Jobs Settings located in Theme Options then it doesn’t have any thing about enable or disable submit job, it just control job list page. if you mean Admin Panel > Jobs > Settings > Job Submission then it doesn’t have enable/disable fields except ‘Moderate New Listings’ and it doesn’t effect on submit page message of “You need to login with employer account to access this page”

- That is subscription features. You have to use plugin WooCommerce Subscription

Look- There is no ticket number available. How am I supposed to login when there is no ticket number available? If you’re going to make things hard for me- just send me the link to request a refund. You’re treating me with horrible customer service instead of being courteous and making sure that I solve my problem. I checked my email already. I have not received any email notifications or a ticket number since yesterday. I should not have to display my business email on a public forum. I am not here to play games or run in circles. I need my question about Employers being charged for posting jobs answered plain and simple. If you cant simply answer my question- then send me the link to get a refund- because I never had a customer experience as bad as this one. I should not have to go through loops and circles every time I have a question.

11/05/2021 I open the ticket your ticket system fails and you manually confirm OK I understand.
After 2 days you answer me saying you don’t work on the weekend. OK I understand.
On the third day you answer me saying that you don’t work at night. OK I understand.
On the fourth day you say you don’t work at night AGAIN. Then it was hard to understand.
