I had purchased the lovely theme and installed, however it said below items need to reset the limits, how to do it? 1] PHP Post Max Size 2] PHP Time Limit 3] PHP Max Input Vars 4] Max Upload Size 5] SUHOSIN not installed? what is it? Please can you help me?

You can achieve this by editing the php.ini file or asking your hosting provider to do this for you.
Please note that these are recommended parameters, not required, and some of these params are important just for demo import and you could try with XML demo import that is lighter and it is explained here.

The theme was not installed, so I deleted it and installed it again. by the way
Purchase Code – This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.

Hi, my team and I encountered problems while importing Marceau Theme in our WordPress. We’re using OVH as Hosting and some parameters can’t be changed as PHP Post Max Size and Php Time limit. Is it possible to have a lighter version (XML ?) of the Theme ?

However we DO NOT have any XML file in the downloaded archive. We opened a support ticket and they gave us the same answer that you gave us, so we still lack this file. It is nowhere to be found in the downloads.
Can you please make the XML available to us ?

“The detailed instructions” provided by the support team is not helping me at all. I cannot set the demo up properly. And I can’t afford to lose my data with a database reset. I never had to go through such a rough transformation with any other theme that I used.
I can’t either have my site down for many days just to figure out how to set up your theme. My portfolio needs to be up and running.
If you won’t be able to truly help me, I once again, kindly ask for a refund. The theme is of no use to me if I cannot set it up!

Bought this theme used it on a localhost local server, I had to register it in order to used all the feature. Now That I am trying to register the theme back again on my localhost server I cant register it anymore. I did try to go to the company site to unregister it but It seem that my theme is not registered so I dont understand why I cant register it on my local host anymore..
