Do I have to purchase a new license to continue updating the theme?? I got an error from Sucuri Security about security issues on my site and your theme is the issue. When I went in to check the version—which allegedly is supposed to be auto-updating via the Envato Market plugin—the theme version is outdated by almost a year. What is going on?? I went to your site to ask you guys about it, but I can’t even leave a message because item support expired————but the item says ‘future updates included’!! For Avada—which I’ve purchased and what I wish my client had purchased instead of your theme—’future updates included’ means exactly that. In any case, my theme isn’t updating and I don’t know why, and it appears that once again Mikado Mediclinic is a security liability, SMH… Please advise.

When you purchase our theme you are getting access to future updates. Please follow this article in order to update theme and plugins properly. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with the available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

I just want to follow up on this.
I have gone back and forth with your support via email over the past several weeks trying different ways to update the theme—via the Envato plugin, via FTP—but the theme was not updating. More than that, key elements of the website were missing after the unsuccessful update attempts.
Today, thankfully, there was an update notification in my WP Updates admin panel, and we were able to update the theme via WP Updates just like basically every other WP theme in existence.
Difficulty updating was my only complaint about Mediclinic—and it’s a serious complaint because the site kept getting hacked because of the outdated theme. But now that that issue is resolved, I literally have no complaints.
I hope this will now be your default way of allowing your customers to update your themes. It’s certainly easiest and makes the most sense for users. Thank you guys for doing this. Very much appreciated.

1) Unfortunately, RTL is not supported for this theme. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL. Here you can read more about this.
2) Unfortunately we didn’t test our theme with 3rd party plugins such as Oz, so we can’t confirm any compatibility. You are free to install any 3rd party plugin with our theme, however, you’ll have to do all the tests by yourself. Once you purchase MediClinic theme, you’ll receive 6 months of support period that you can use to get in touch with our support team for any theme-related issue you might have.
3) Since theme comes with WooCommerce, you will be able to create variable products and add product variations depending on products that you wish to sell. Here you can read more about how to set variable products up.

You can for sure use Romanian language, however there is no pre-made translation for theme labels and to translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Mikado Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for label there.
2. The theme has a responsive layout and you can test this by viewing our demo on different devices.

Hello I updated the Wordpress and now I am having problems with the theme. I have a message that says: Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to MediClinic Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options. When I click on the link it says I don’t have permission.

This error usually occurs if you missed updating the Core plugin.

I have the same issue as Diveregnt_Dev with the added problem with mkdf-core, the theme break down as soon as the plugin is activated.I tried to register for support but optin email has not been received some 3 hours later.so far,the worst experience I have had.will be contacting themeforest next

I don’t know why.. but since the last update: 1. on my site I can no longer see the usual list of articles but only the code string [mkdf_blog_list type=”standard” number_of_columns=”3” order_by=”date” order=”DESC” image_size=”landscape” title_weight=”” post_info_category=”no” pagination_type=”load-more” number_of_posts=”12” excerpt_length=”25”] 2. the notice “Your copy of the theme has not been activated.” does not disappear even after having deregistered the theme and registered it again with the Purchase Code.
