Hi, I updated my PHP to 7.4 and the site is broken. I revert back to PHP 5.6 and somehow the Massive Dynamic logo replaced my website logo and there is no way to change it. I’ll be glad to renew support if you could help me without asking me to contact my web hosting provider (Go Daddy) because they are hopeless. I’ve asked them and they asked me to sort it out myself. Thank you.

BTW: Time is running out since the security support for PHP 7.4 will end on 28 Nov 2022. So we have just 2 month to go.

What happen with this theme? it goes from bad to worse, is not possible that i can’t see reflected the settings changes in public view, in live view i see the changes (layout, social links, etc), but in public view i stiil seeing the defaults value from the imported demo.
I know you are going to say go to the support site, but my support is expired, the minimum that i wait is that something that beforely worked it still working.
I saw here a comment where the customer had a similar problem, you tell him that in the next update it will be fixed, but after the update he still having the problem.
Then what can i do?

Although I save the changes I made in the customize section of the site, it does not appear in the live. Even though I changed the site logo, the original logo does not change. When I click on the logo, it goes to /undefined and gives an error.

This is undoubtedly the worst theme I’ve used yet. In addition to being bloated, it has messed up my site since updating and will no longer save changes made…with no caching tools enabled.

I’ve found that your current theme contains too many hard codes & invalid parameter. eg :
Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported. (massive-dynamic/lib/string.php) and many others problems, such as invalid parameter call like on utilities.php line 63 that on implode function, param2 must be value & param 1 is separator, but the code is swapped

Thanks for very fast reply, We are all wait about Php8 Supported. But I’ve found that too many codes need to recode. Maybe, better to fix the code first before make a change major updates. Such as, function callee, adata Type etc. I’ve got many errors without running, but when using PhpStorm on inspect code, and true that many functions not called properly.
And hope for front end team make some improvement on js code that eat much of memory. Kind Regards

Before buying I would like to ask a few questions about the Builder:
1) Does it have a view for mobile and tablet? In the youtube video that they have as a demonstration I did not see any button in the constructor that allows me to see how it is shown in Mobile
2) Is there a possibility to say that an element is displayed or not in mobile? That is, if a photo I want it to only appear on mobile and not desktop, can it be done?
3) You can create new widgets and you can also alter the current properties, example the video widget, can I add new properties?

Hi there, hope you’re well. 1. Massive Dynamic doesn’t provide a responsive checker option, but you can use responsive checker websites. 2. You can hide the section which you don’t want on different devices by using the Massive Dynamic responsive options. 3. We’ve provided as much as possible settings for our shortcodes but if there is a missing setting then unfortunately it’s not possible to be added by end-users.
I understand points 2 and 3. But what I do not understand is how it cannot have a tablet and mobile viewer. This is basic. Anyway I will buy the template because I want to test it for a new website

Hi. I have the same problem as someone above. No matter what I’m doing, there is problem with full width on live page and showing only default logo in menu and footer. In version 8 this problem didn’t occur.

after updated to 8.1, the logo always shown as default no matter what i changed to. the weird thing about the this is that in the backend (site setting) everything looks fine but they dont reflect on the actual live site. this goes for footer and page width/menu suddenly changed as you browse through the site. https://stage.ceternaasia.com
