Radius geolocation allows you to move the map to a location and if in that map there are results, they show in the radius.

The geolocation is connected to google maps. It can only be used in the half map display because the map always exists there.
I do not know if we can make this type of field work differently, but I will add to wishlist to research in this idea. You can hide geolocation or property location on the half map search results – you manage the half map search fields and geolocation from theme options – search settings.

You can define a different price per night for longer periods. Define the periods in theme options – https://prnt.sc/26iz892
Then in price section you can set a different price per night for bookings that go over 7 nights (7 is replaceable as number by you) or bookings that go over 30 nights (30 is replaceable as number by you)

Hello, I have two questions: is it possible to book different rooms within an apartment? If so, is it possible not to set a check-in and check-out date? I just want to choose the night of the reservation, only to rent one night, but in the reservation form that does not show a check-in and check-out date.

How do you download invoice information to be uploaded to quickbooks or other? Also how do you download booking information?
Admin has invoices and bookings as reference.
We do not have an export tool to 3rd party APPs I am afraid. I cannot assist with that.

How do you download / backup bookings? Before WP is updated it says to back everything up. How do I backup the bookings in case something happens? (separate from the rest of the site) Bookings, accounts, logins and such.
Hi, You need a backup tool for database (it will include full database, including accounts, bookings etc). We know updraftplus plugin, there may be other plugins. Hosting may have a backup tool as well.

Let’s say that I am authorized to upload properties on the website, which are not mine, and each property is owned by a user who has already uploaded it on Booking.com, AirBnB, Tripadvisor, etc, and I want to sync every property on my site using iCal, with the calendars on a third-party platform.
Can this be done? And if yes, how is this possible? During the property upload, do I provide an external iCal URL in order for the sync to happen? And if so, is this a 2 way sync?

If you are the account owner at AIRBNB, BOOKING, ETC – you have access tot the property ical to export from those platforms and add into WpRentals platform. And the same way, you can copy the WpRentals ical into airbnb property only if you are the airbnb account owner.
If you are not the account owner, you cannot do edits to listings.

Your theme looks like a perfect match to me. Before subscribing to your theme please can I ask a question about setting up rental prices?
In low season, like many renters in Europe, we accept midweeks (Mon-Fri), weekends (Fri-Mon) and full week bookings (Mon-Mon / Fri-Fri). Check-in and check-out only on Monday and Friday.
In high season (Jul. & Aug.) we only accept full week bookings (Sat-Sat). So, check-in & check-out on Saturday only.
I wonder whether it is possible to setup a pricing plan like this in your theme? Thanks in advance for your help.

Turnover days, 2 options
Force check-in and check-out on the same day of the week
For check-in only on a specific day of the week
For price we have this
Price per night
Price per weekend night (and you can set weekend nights globally in theme options)
Price per night for longer periods *(you can define 2 periods)
All these can be set for specific periods as custom prices. You select each period from a calendar and define the values.

Thank you for your answers. I think the configuration of your pricing options looks very nice. Only I doubt about the changeover days.
I am afraid to have just 1 changeover day per week is too limited for me. Most of my owners really need at least 2 changeover days on Monday and Friday. Some owners even have 3 changeover days. I can’t think of any workaround for that. Allowing changeover on all days would result in too many invalid bookings.
It’s a pity because most of your theme really looks so appropriate.

I am not sure I understand the process of setting multiple days as change over. You want to force user to check-in only on specific days of the week (not just 1 days, but different days of the week?) This is not possible, but I do want to understand the process to research further.

Hello. Thanks a lot for your answer. Yes in general we accept weekend bookings (Fri-Mon, 3 nights) and midweek bookings (Mon-Fri, 4 nights) and full week bookings (Fri-Fri or Mon-Mon, 7 nights). So we have a cleaning crew available on Mondays and Fridays to prepare our houses for the next guests.
So we need a booking system that can be set to: 1. accept only Mondays or Fridays as a startdate of a new booking 2. accept only Mondays or Fridays as a enddate of a new booking
We need to force Mondays and Fridays as changeover days. For example we do not allow bookings starting on Monday and ending on Wednesday.
I hope your theme has some workaround for this way of working. Or maybe you have a demo system available to try out our setup of changeover days?

Hello, Thank you for the message. The theme allows you to use the register form so that users register, add their listings, manage the booking requests they receive, change prices. Owners can only cancel confirmed bookings and add manual bookins.
As site admin, you get all payments, if you set a deposit for each booking. We do not have payment to owner.

1. Yes, you can be single owner and disable submission by other people.
2. User still needs to login to send booking request and for that he will have a dashboad to see his booking requests.
3. Yes, you can disable search
4. Yes, you can disable booking payment (set 0 deposit)
There are 2 ways to what you wish to do
1. You replace the booking with contact form and do manual bookings (users will not get a notification if you do a manual booking, but you can let them know by email yourself)
2. You allow users to send booking requests. You as owner can decide if you want to manually approve each request or if you wish to enable instant booking and users would get the request approved instantly. No payment is needed, but user must login
