Our theme does not have a booking or payments functionality integrated, clients can choose their own third party solution. You can look for a hotel booking solution which allows add to ical. All the best.
Since the update, none of the reservation forms work and it just says processing. I’ve backed up everything, updated every single thing I can and it still won’t work. Any ideas, as I have no conflicting plugins?

Can you please advise how to clone/duplicate a room. I can’t find the option anywhere in the settings, nor in the documentation. I’ve been a Web Developer for 20 years so a technical option is fine for me but I’m presuming there is a built in option somewhere. Thanks.

The rooms custom type of posts does not have a built-in duplicate option in the theme. Still, since it is a regular CTP, it can be duplicated with a dedicated solution, like a free plugin for duplicating posts, just like regular WP posts. All the best.

We are not familiar with how their booking engine works, but Leisure sticks to WP rules and respects theme territory. So, you should be able to integrate any booking engine which works fine with regular WP themes. All the best.
With the recent and frequent updates to WooCommerce I’m having issues with the shop. WooCommerce was having problems with the single-item and cart page, so I had to revert to the default template files. Are there plans to release a theme update for the most recent WC 4.5.2 version?

Hello, after the update to WP to 5.5 all ninja forms are gone (Hotel THeme). The layout is also a little broken. I now also see a JS error in the console. Is the theme compatible with WP 5.5? LG nuno

Hello I have a few questions before I decide to buy. I will briefly describe what I intend to do:
My project is a rental portal for vacation homes, hotels, tours etc. It is located in a special niche and should address a certain target group of travelers. I represent the interface between landlord and tenant (similar to Airbnb or booking etc).
On my platform landlords should be able to register for free and for a fee (memberships) and to post their offers. Now I do not want to demand a service fee from the landlord. I would like the guests to be able to make a reservation or booking and, depending on the booking conditions of the landlord, to pay a deposit (which will go to me in trust and will only be paid to the host in a later process). If possible, the guest should pay the balance of the booking at the hotel / accommodation.
So much for my questions:
1. is it possible to present your theme? 2. which additional plugins would be necessary (e.g. woocommerce Memberships …) or is a corresponding membership procedure included?
3. is your theme GDPR – capable / compatible? 4. do you support ical and if so is ical implemented or do I need a separate plugin?
5. When a Guest or Host registers, can they go through the appropriate verification process (upload ID, passport)? if so, can they be declared as verified after the process is complete?
6. Does a registering user receive an activation link or activation code by email before he / she can access his / her profile?
7. Can I install a purchased license on a localhost environment for testing?
8. Possible to update the search results based on map movement?
9. Is there a way to set the maxZoom for a map to cover up the exact address before a customer books?
I have a lot of questions but I want to make sure that your theme is the right one for my project.

We don’t have any of the booking, membership or management functionalities you need. From this description, what you are looking for is a hotel management engine with membership functionalities. Our theme does not have such plugins included, we use only Ninja Forms for simple reservations through a form request. Our clients can, of course, use third party solutions together with the theme, but Leisure is built for a hotel / resort website. What you need is a listing theme, which ideally would also come with a management plugin powerful enough for your needs. All the best.

Your auto-generated rooms listing should be at www.yourwebsite.com/rooms and you can change this link at Appearance > Customize > Rooms Settings > Rooms Link Slug. If you changed the slug and it does not work, you should go at Settings > Permalinks and reset them. All the best.

This should not happen with the default font size of the menu, but if you are experiencing something like this, you can easily fix it with CSS, by decreasing the font size percentage a little. All the best.

Hi, I have an issue with the xtender plugin. I can’t activate it, it says that : “Fatal error: Cannot declare class WPBakeryShortCode_Curly_Services_Carousel, because the name is already in use in…” I also see that the option for the submenu image background disappeared (even if I checked the description button) and my images are gone too. This should be related to a versions compatibility issue. Please make sure you are running the current version of the theme and that you’ve updated all the included plugins. Also, please check if your WordPress version is up to date. We did not encounter this error before, but it looks like a compatibility issue. If updating everything does not help, please open a ticket on our support platform, with WP login info, and we will investigate the source of the issue. All the best.
Thank you for your answer. Yes i’ve updated all the included plugins, and yes wordpress is up to date. I updated my php server version to 7.2, that’s why I needed to update everything. Do you know if the xtender plugin is compatible with the PHP 7.2 ? I tried to downgrade it but it changed nothing. I bought this theme in 2016 so, unfortunitly, I don’t have access to support anymore. Do you have any solution ? Thx a lot
The theme should work fine with a current PHP version, there are no reported issues. You could also check for conflicts with other plugins, by temporary deactivating third party plugins on the platform. Also, just to make sure, you should take a look at the folders structure. Your server admin might be able to help also.

If you are updating from an old theme version, prior to Leisure 2.0, you need to make sure you’ve installed the Xtender plugin. We moved many of the theme’s functionalities in this core plugin. If the page displays code instead of WP Bakery elements, then the Xtender plugin is not active on your platform. If you still encounter issues with the update process, please open a ticket on our support platform and we will help you update successfully.

I am having my error logs bloated with a single error. I have downloaded the most recent copy of the theme and still have the same issue. The error logs show:

From the error message, this should be related to colors opacity. You should be able to temporarily fix it by adjusting the general colors opacity settings, in the Customizer. The source of the issue could be a versions conflict, but if you are running the current Leisure version, 2.1.13, and the current WP version, then we need to investigate this further on your platform.
