Have now wasted 2 weeks of my time contacting support to fix mobile view as it is not aligned. Keep being sent code to add to fix and none has fixed. Now I have been emailed new updated version of theme is available, but on wp site no update available and no information from theme support in regards how to update. I will be requesting a refund for this theme if these issues have not been fixed. Im sick of contacting support as I have to wait a day for response each time and nothing has been fixed after days. I honestly dont even think support has looked at my site or it would be fixed by now. Very disappointed as it is just a waste of time.

Sorry to hear this, but I believe there is misunderstanding. The last ticket from our support team was 4 days ago with no reply from your end. Please reply to your ticket if you still have any issues or better yet, you can provide your WP log in and make the changes directly for you.

If you check your theme on https://iffiliate.modeltheme.com/shop/ and actually use a mobile device you will see how the products are not aligned. This should be fixed on the theme as anyone who purchases will have the same problem. I did also give you the wp login details when I first requested help but have only been given code that doesn’t fix the issue.

Hey! I’ve recently updated to the latest version of this theme, but there is an issue that persists and I do not know how to really solve it. Would you please help?
This is in the Wordpress PHP > Templates section. It reads as follows: ” iffiliate/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php version 3.5.5 is out of date. The core version is 6.1.0 “
It asks me to update it, but I cannot find the file to replace/update it with? Any assistance would be huge!

2. To run a site as you see in our demos, you don’t need extra addons.

Our theme is based on quality images and that’s why the score is not to high at this moment. Please note that now, no caching plugin is enabled on the site.
For now we relied on the real speed of the website, which is under 3.5 seconds.
On the following days, we will setup the caching and you will be able to also see the scores > +85 on Google Pagespeed test.

If you use our theme with the WooCommerce Amazon Affiliates – Wordpress Plugin (https://bit.ly/3cNmcJJ), the links will be added automatically. Our theme is compatible with the plugin but is not included in the package.

Our theme comes only with the WP Bakery page builder, at the moment. You can add banners with referral links in the theme page.

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

But I am not an Amazon affiliate yet ;-(
Is there another way allowing to use your theme (with only Amazon products, not other types – as I asked above), please?

I’ve checked with the description of the WooCommerce Amazon Affiliates Plugin and they have a few updates that might help you.
Recently they added this functionality that you do not need an Amazon affiliate code, now you can import products without the API key. Check here : https://imgur.com/a/g7IY9iU .

First of all please consult the Licenses page (by Envato) https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
If one subdomain is for a different customer, then you will need 1 license per each subdomain.
If all these subdomains are for the same customer (1 project), then 1 licenses is just fine
