Hello Zox
Favicon isn’t showing on Google search and other search engines. I added my favicon in my dashboard via Zox options and also in Customization in my wordpress but its not showing on search engines. Why is it like this?

Hello, I’m contacting you because I plan to buy your Zox theme and I have a friend who lent me his file so that I can test it. I wanted to tell you before my question.
So I do some tests to be sure before buying it and I encounter, while testing it, a problem with the home page. I absolutely cannot modify the content of my homepage, nothing changes when I modify the widgets or in the options of the theme, I always have the latest articles with the column on the side whereas I would like to have like this: https://intrld.com/

I have the same problem after updated the latest version.
Facebook and Twitter share icons at the top left of articles. I still see the colored circles, but the icons themselves are now not visible. The email icon does still appear, however.
I have updated the theme and MVP Social Buttons plugin to the latest version.

You’ve wrote that “The theme uses its own built-in page views feature to determine the most-visited/popular posts.” I’ve checked it with google analitycs because there was some strange things in our posts popularity order, this order was not true, not real for me. I’ve click and check, click and check hundred of times using different ways, different browsers, using links from different messengers and I’ve found that zox doesnt recognize and doesnt count clicks from facebook, thats why trending posts order is totally different that this one from google analytics. Could you check it and fix this bug?

Yes, the theme uses its own built-in function to determine popular posts, and while it is generally accurate, the figures may not directly reflect the same numbers as Google Analytics. But given that users do not actually see the numbers, this should not even affect which posts are displayed in the popular posts sections. It’s entirely possible that the issue you are seeing is related to the number of days you are using to pull in posts for the popular posts sections. If it is set to too small of a number, then certain posts (even if they are popular) will be kicked off the list. Increasing the number of days will enable those posts to stay on the list longer.
If you are seeing an issue where you are saying that a post should be displayed higher in the trending posts, but it is not displaying there, please submit a ticket at the Support Center and I’ll be happy to help. Thanks!
As I’ve wrote it was tested a lot of times, I’ve tested it with phpmyadmin tables (posmteta). No problem with number of days, I understand it. Zox doesnt recognize and doesnt count clicks from facebook. Differences are very big. When you have traffic mainly from fb, trending post feature with this bug is useless.
