I have purchased this theme, I had installed in a website and activated. Now I have changed the website. I forgot to deactivated this theme from 1st website before installing on 2nd. Now that I have deleted that website. How do I deactivate it from the 1st website and activate it from 2nd.

You can activate Litho theme in your old website (https://bysomeone.com/) and then deactivate license as per this article – https://litho.themezaa.com/documentation/how-to-deactivate-litho-theme-license-to-use-another-domain/ and then you should be able to activate Litho license in other WP site / domain.

2. Then logout from your ThemeForest account and also from https://build.envato.com/my-apps.
3. Now try to activate theme license and that should work fine.

1) What is the difference between a Regular License ($59) and an Extended License ($3000)? And is the Regular License fee a one-time payment?
2) I can use any themes from the mentioned 37+ demos?
3) Is it mobile responsive? If I customize the web pages on my own using different features and elements given by you guys that won’t affect the view of the website on mobile, right? I mean the UI and UX should be good.

If you are going to build any product using Litho and that product will be sold to other users then extended license will be needed. Please check more information here – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard. Yes regular license fees is one-time payment with 6 months of support included.
2) Litho is one theme and it offers those home page demos, so you can import and use all or your desired demo pages to build your website.
3) Yes theme is mobile responsive, you can check any page of the demo site in desktop, tablet and mobile. In Elementor widgets, you can options for responsive to adjust elements as needed.

Litho is not RTL ready and it is not a quick and simple task, so you can please consult your developer to implement code / css customisation to achieve RTL structure as per your usage of elements / layouts instead of doing it for overall theme styles / layouts / elements.

You may need to provide theme package from your account to him whenever there is any update or your client may need to purchase theme from his / her account. Hi there,
How can I make the menu sticky? I would want it to be transparent when it’s at the top, once the user scrolls down the page, it should have white background. How can I achieve that?
*The theme has “sticky header” option, but it doesn’t have transparent background at top, it stays white on the entire website, even at the top! Thank you in advance.

I am very interested in Litho for a redesign project. Beautiful template ! 
However, I was disappointed to see errors on the management of Hn titles with respect to SEO: you use H2 or H6 titles depending on the type of blog posts.

no consistency between each type of content!
The title should be an H1 title. I hope you can correct this as it is a basic html/SEO thing.

Basically we have H1 for title in Page Title area and this page title can be edited in Elementor page builder. In above 2 mentioned blog posts page title are (like in contact simple page) is not available, so those are H2 / H3, but you can change that H tag as per your need in customize panel. We will also correct this in our demo site and demo data in the next update.

The images you see in demo site are not the part of theme package due to licensing limitation and that we have already mentioned in item description also as per Envato policy. We are providing placeholder demo images with recommended size mentioned in it, so you can upload your own images there as per your website requirements.
Yes you can set the same header and footer used in your desired demo to overall website pages at Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer > for various areas.

Hello, I have a problem, when I’m creating a new section in Elementor and clicking the plus button, in the popup that is showing in the Blocks tab all the blocks of the theme are not there! I used to see all the pre-build blocks of the theme there, but now they are gone!

Awesome theme!! Looking to redo my blog in couple of months and this is #1 so far.
One question. On the blog grids and things like that, is there a setting to set the entire blog box as the link rather than image and title?
