You may get message to update plugins in admin panel. If not than you might disabled the notification. But you can still update plugins. Just go to Appearance > Install Plugins section and update plugins from the list.
If still not solved, then please create a ticket on our support site so our team will check it directly on your site.

If I install the themes to my website subdomain for testing, how easy it is to change the themes back to my main website? —You just need to unlink from your old subdomain and link it with the new main site. You can do this from “Envato Market” plugin settings.
2. Can I import and export the themes setting if I change the website? —Yes you can import and export theme settings. You can use Customizer Export/Import plugin to import and export settings. But make sure the images are not included so you need to import images manually.

The Kirki plugin just released their new version v4.0.3 which has so many bugs. The bug effects our all theme. So we suggest you to revert back to the older version. The steps are very easy and it just takes 1 minute to solve the issue. We created video for the steps. Please see this video:

Hi,
The demo process will setup the demo you selected. There are different demo options to select. I think you selected the wrong demo.
Don’t worry, just start the demo setup process again and it will setup all contents again. Just make sure to remove all menu as the demo process will add the menu again. All other data will be overwritten. So just remove the menu and start the demo setup process (from Dashboard >> Appearance >> Enginir Theme Setup ) again.

Yes we hide the pre-header area in mobile because there is very little space in mobile screen area.
But you can make it visible easily. Just go to Dashboard >> Enginir Options >> Enginir Options >> Pre-Header Options and fill “10” in “Hide in screen size” option. This will make the pre-header always visible.

You will get latest plugins with our latest theme. So first update theme to the latest version.
Currently the latest version of the theme is Enginir v2.5. So first update theme. Now you will get message to update plugins in Admin Dashboard. If not, than go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Install Plugins section and update plugins.

No you don’t need to buy any extra plugin for this. We are already providing all plugins like WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution plugin with our theme.
But please note that all paid plugins are without purchase key as we purchased extended licence. So some features will be disabled which requires purchase key. But most of the basic requirements are all included and will be working without purchase key.

I’d like to ask whether it’s possible to change the accent color throughout the template? My customer is more keen on a red color rather than the demo’s orange one, so I was wondering if there’s a style attribute that I’ll be able to change, or will I have to go ahead and swap every element’s accent color by hand?

Yes you can change the default orange color with any color you want. We are providing color picker for this global color and you just need to select color of your business (or logo) and it will be applied throughout the site. There is no extra work involved with this.

It’s new change for SEO. But it’s not visible and hidden from frontend site. I think some cache is running on your server or on your pc. Make sure you clear your browser cache and also your server cache and check again. I recommend you to clear your server cache whenever you update our theme or any plugin so it will load new content.

May I know if this templates will work in wordpress with the Elementor Page Builder

We are using WPBakery Page Builder plugin and we created all our blocks inside this plugin. So all our blocks are available in “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin.
We didn’t tried with Elementor Page Builder but all things should be working. But I recommend you to use “WPBakery Page Builder” as we created all elements inside this plugin.
