[Pre-sale] Hi, your script looks nice but I have 2 questions : 1) i want to use your script for tours at specific dates. Thus, people will not have the choice for the date. One tour = one fixed start date and one fixed end date. Thus, on the tour’s page, in the right column, is is possible to disable the date selector or, at least, select the only one date that corresponds to the tour’s date ? 2) In the tours “cards”, especially in homepage, is it possible to add the date of the tour ? (as 1 tour = 1 date), so that users can see the date before clicking on a card. It would be a hassle if he has to open all cards to check the dates. I need something like Start date – End date (just the date without labels is fine).

Good morning, I would have some pre-purchase info. We need to develop a simply informative website for a travel agency which, therefore, does not directly provide the purchase of the tours. The structure, the layout and the information contained in the theme for each single tour are perfect (including the display of prices and discounts), but we would like to know if, without using woocommerce, the graphic output of the theme is the same. For example: within the single journey, in the sidebar, there is this compositional block, where there are two tabs (booking and information): https://imgur.com/a/fswoS6i We just need the information tab, is it possible to exclude the other without losing the general styles (and without using custom css or page template modifications) and keeping only the tab we need fixed? This example applies to all sections that allow booking.

You can keep the enquiry form only as you wish and our tour system doesn’t work with WooCommerce, it’s independent so you don’t need WooCommerce when use it.

Is there a way to have the confirmation email after the client successful payment was made through Stripe, sent also to my admin email? I need to receive the invoice in the same time. Hi , Yes, Enable Online Full Payment Made E-Mail is On. Actually al admin email content is on, and for bookings I receive the notification email but for successful payment i dont. The payment gateway is through Stripe, and it works just fine. Is there another trigger for the successful payment notification event?

Thank you for your response.From my experience all package variant price varies from one another, if there is no option to apply the group discounts separately for package variants in a single tour, practically the variants with different prices cannot use the group discount option at all. Because it makes huge difference in the pricing, making this variant option useless. I thought the variant option is a great feature in your theme.
One more question is that: is there an option available to sell (to display) any add-on supplement like additional meals, extra activities etc. while booking a tour?

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

For the loco plugin, we’re using the translate method to apply the new EN text to override the default EN text in the pot file, so as long as the translated file is available, it still works for you even the plugin deactivate/delete.
