Visual editor of Avada seems incompatible with new version of wordpress as in backend editor shows font and what ever you write in white colour so you can’t see what you are editing or writing.

Hello,
I have the AVADA license for several domain names and I have a problem with one of them. I have version 7.3.1 and I cannot update to the current version, version 7.6.1. Indeed, it gives me the following error message:

There is no auto complete feature for search, this could be due to the fact that you have live search enabled and its getting the post title name depending on your word count which you can change from Avada > Global Options > Search tab, if you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account are to see/add purchase codes.
There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quryD4e (you can hit the refresh button to update this or unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another installation).

The latest release has a terrible redesign of the color picker on most fields. If you already own licenses, beware! The custom color palette is missing from most fields and you’re back to manually entering color numbers. Not an improvement.

How can I transfer the licence purchase code to my production website?

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

So in your case, simply unregister it from your support account and then register the purchase code again to your product website

Nothing works with AVADA these days; today, after the update, the site is stuck on the https://www.infohas.ma/ maintenance page.

Currently we only have an option to disable the submitted entries in a backend admin area page for each form or send the entries to an email inbox.
For displaying the entries on a page some level of customization will be involved which is not something we’re able to assist with as theme support.

I’m trying to Use FORM under STUDIO but it’s not working properly, when I click AVADAR LIFE, it takes me straight to my homepage instead of the FORM page. Olá , tudo ok , olha , coloquei minha chave de compra em uma hospedagem , utilizei o produto por um ano , e a 1 semana venho tentando utilizar a chave de compra em outra hospedagem e ela não quer mais funcionar , fica aparecendo um aviso dizendo que ela está registrada a um outro domínio , porém retirei a chave da hospedagem antiga, desativei o thema e apaguei até o wordpress , mas mesmo assim não deu certo …. Desde então não consigo usar o produto, pois minha chave ta inválida mesmo não estando cadastrada em algum domínio ou hospedagem … Como resolvo isso?
