1 – You can refer to the WordPress User Roles here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/ The vendor account is available if you install a vendor plugin.
2 – With most of the vendor plugins, you can set the commission for the marketplace owner.
Our theme is fully compatible with some popular Vendor Plugins: Dokan, WC Vendor, WCFM, WC Marketplace. The free version of these plugins are available on wordpress.org
If you want to use more features, you need to purchase the pro version.
You can get more details about these plugins on owner sites.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS THEME: I try to install the theme and it is almost impossible, it is broken, and the templates are not installed as they appear in the example. I ask for help from the technical service, which in high priority takes more than 24 hours to answer. They tell me to download the theme from another website, to which they give me access, then they already recognize that the ENVATO one does not work. But anyway the new one doesn’t work properly either. After several requests, they install the theme for me, but the theme they install weighs more than 1GB, YES, YES, MORE THAN 1GB. And it’s super slow, the web takes more than 30 seconds to load, INCREDIBLE!!!!. I, and two other programmers, were trying to improve it and we considered it impossible. I decided to remove the web, and reinstall one of the two backups I made. Both copies tell me they are defective.
Now I have asked them to please install the theme for me, but remove everything that is not necessary, and do not weigh more than 1GB. Their answer is that if I want them to install it for me, I have to PAY THEM MORE MONEY. That is to say that I have bought a theme that does not work, the installation weighs more than 1GB, and the web takes more than 30 seconds to load. AND THEY WANT MORE MONEY.

Your screenshots are not enough information to check the issue. You can get more details about the issues with your site and the suggestion from GMetrix. You also get a large size if pack your site including the installation package or something else. It was better if you let us check your issues before.
You can see the screenshot which we sent you. It shows the response time from your server at the top of the risk list. So we recommended you check with your hosting.
The mobile layout is included in our theme package. You can enable it in the Theme Options or contact our support team for help.

Hi,
I would be interested in buying the wordpress e market theme and using the printing store import. I was looking at the demo and noticed 2 bugs: 1) The peoduct page on mobile is broken, it basically shows the header and the rest of the page is grey(tested on Android/Chrome latest version) https://demo.wpthemego.com/themes/sw_emarket/layout22/product/cute-google-pixel-4xl-case/2) If i try to customize a product(for example a t shirt) it opens up the customisation page but the product image is missing so i am basically adding customizations on a transparent background(chrome macos and windows latest version) . Also the mobile preview is totally broken on this page as well.

Hi. I just upgraded eMarket theme from 4.9.0 version using Envate Market plugin but it upgraded just to 5.1.0 version. 5.1.0 was released in september/21, so why it is not upgraded to latest 5.4.0 version . Any advice ? Thanks

Hi, I don’t want to use the theme with multi-vendor. Only sellers will upload their own products and view their own orders. But the front-end will not appear as a multi-store. Is it possible for it to look like a standard ecommerce site?

To have multi sellers you must have to use a multi vendor plugin. And when using multi vendor plugin, your website will show as a multi store. There is no option that your website have multi sellers but the front-end does not appear as a multi-store.
