Just bought this item 3 days ago and install went good using WPEngine until I got to the importing of demo data which really is the important part of any theme. Demo data does not import using WPEngine. I tried to reach out via EnvyTheme support system 3 days ago with no response. I feel that if you are going to advertise support being 1 business day you should do so. I am very disappointed about not getting any response and am now out $65.

I worked with the WPEngine host and they mirrored the requirements and I still get this error message: “Demo Content Install works only in Staging.” I have submitted twice at https://support.envytheme.com/ and I recommend someone check to see if that is working.
I am submitting another request at the support website.
Beautiful theme, I wish it included WooCommerce plugins. Do you have any recommendations for a plugin that will allow full shop functionality?

There’s no license in the download zip folder. I have used it to a domain before, but I moved the domain to medium publication. So I am not using this to any sites I own. How can I use this theme if I don’t have license? Please respond asap.
Actually I’m looking for the documentation now. The zip file doesn’t have the documentation in it.

Which module to use to display the articles of the active page archive, in the theme builder? On each module we are obliged to define a category of article to display.
I have 150 categories on my site, so I have to create 150 category pages?
Do I have access to a license to update the Advances Custom Fields Pro plugin to the latest version? The current version is out of date and has known vulnerabilities, but I am unable to update. Also, the product table is not responsive, which is one of the main features I liked about this theme. Is there any additional CSS in order to make the product table responsive?

Hello hope you are doing well. Just reviewing your theme. I loved your front design and backend also (but I can’t check) only your theme complete my requirement and I had collected some of my inquires here.
1. Is it possible to add social share options in blog details page. And social follow options in user profile. I didn’t see in demo version.
2. I want to use this plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/gutencon-marketing-and-seo-booster-listing-and-review-builder-for-gutenberg/32621214 Is it compatible with this theme?
3. Can we customize shop page (products details page) because it looks little worried. As there is only option for images.
4. Sell, Hot, New product badges in product (found it) and show also reviews in each product in shop page.

Hello i want to hide my author name from the site i know we can do that from theme options but after turing on ‘Hide Post Author info’ it’s still showing author and author details. It is been 5 days I’m trying it’s not working.
