Your column contains number and letter. The default sorting will not work. You have to customize the sorting function for those columns. Please check this issue on the datatable documentation site.

It is not just to disable sorting. But if there is a complex data type in a column, you have to specify your own custom sorting function to make the sorting work. The default datatable sorting is a normal string.

You can try to use this option, to set the data type of the column. https://datatables.net/reference/option/columns.type“num-fmt” looks similar to your data for numeric sorting of formatted numbers.

Hi, i am using React Metronic v7 ,but i want to remove your redux from it but as soon as i remove it theme stops working.Can you help me to remove it properly from theme,so i can directly land to dashboard page instead of login page.i do not want to use your login functionality and redux ,i want to use our redux way.Please help me urgently on this because i already tried tomuch on it.i simply need to run the react application without redux with static data,after that i will add my redux with it.

Hi, I keep getting an iframe that pops up and blocks everything. In the script tag of the iframe it says this:

I’m using: LTS Nodejs, ReactJS, Latest version of metronic, Demo1, Dark theme
Note: You can get it to appear when you have a page of the webapp open and then you make a code change to that page, save and then it appears.
How can I get rid of this?

Hello, I am using the Vue Demo 7 example as shown at https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic8/vue/demo7/#
My goal is to make my table dynamic, pulling data from my API. I’ve been doing this for over 10 years using datatables server-side processing as shown at https://datatables.net/examples/server_side/simple.html and in the below example.
However, as I investigate the template, I can only find KTDatatable example which expects the entire dataset. Due to large amounts of data, I need to query my server with paging. Can you provide an example of how to do this with your Vue demo 7 template?

Unfortunately, we do not have a demo example on how to use our component with the real API, we will add it in upcoming releases.
As you can see in our doc KTDatatable component supports three events, you can use these to make HTTP requests to your server. https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic8/vue/docs/#/kt-datatables#events
Other actions like edit, search and update can be done outside of the component.

Thanks for the response. I was able to make it process the data server side and got just about all the functionality of dataTables server-side processing.
Just an F.Y.I., the events are not very useful in this case. It was much easier to modify KTDatatable file and add the functionality there.
