I opened a ticket on Monday night and I havent received any reply. I paid for this template, which included WP Bakery Bullder and support, and I cant work on the website becuase the editor doesnt work and support doesnt reply!
I have done some testing, and I found a negative interaction between Mikado core app and WP Bakery Builder. But I need both working properly and I need support to get that. Could you please help with this?

Hello, there’s a misalignment between and the button itself and the border that is giving me trouble with the Submit button on the contact page. I tried several times to edit the code. Overlapping of the logo and menu items usually happens due to a large number of items in the menu and/or the logo being too wide, but these issues can be resolved by adjusting the padding or margins as well as the font size of menu items. Please take a look at the following article for more info.
You can try to add the following CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

}Also, please check page options for that page, and set the option Always put content behind header to No.

We need help de-registering the theme from our older server that we no longer have access to. And I can’t open a ticket for this? Says support expired. If it weren’t for their registration process, we could have already set up the theme on our new server. What should I do now? Disappointed.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article – Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center.If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.

PROBLEMS WITH MIKADO-THEME. I have tried linking the Aviana theme to my domain but there are constant errors. I haven’t been able to publish my webpage because of the error.
Apparently I cannot submit a support request without paying an additional 50$. I cannot pay 50$ for a simple support ticket for a theme that is not working and is defective. Please let me know how to resolve the following error.

Please check do you have the latest version of our theme and all required plugins. Follow this article in order to update them properly. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with the available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

I can confirm it doesn’t work with Wordpress 5.8.1 or 5.8.2 and/or latest JS Composer and RevSlider or the previous ones in the current update .zip on here.
Seems like the site actually works (no critical error as i installed classic widgets before updating) but js composer is not recognising the [mkdf_elements_holder shortcodes so i have pages of raw WP bakery code.
Could you fix it for us? I’m installing a backup now so not my site but the theme in general.
On the plus side, It’s been 4 years I have been maintaining this theme and this is the first actual problem with it. Please keep up the good work.

We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet, however you can try using Classic Widgets plugin which you’ve mentioned as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.
Regarding the shortcodes, please check if you’ve updated theme and bundled plugins (particularly Mikado Core plugin) to the latest version (see change log).
To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Please note that we couldn’t test our theme with all 3rd party plugins, so we really can’t guarantee compatibility with Woody Code Snippets plugin.
In case you have WordPress version 5.8.x, we didn’t include the compatibility with WordPress 5.8.x just yet (the latest compatible version is 5.7). It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using Classic Widgets plugin as a temporary solution for issue with widgets.

There is an option to search on Shutterstock if you upload an image, so you’ll get original results for it.
