If you wish to delete the existing fields it might be possible with simple custom CSS, but it depends on what would you like to achieve.

Hi, If you use WooCommerce to process payments (it works for paid submission and booking deposit payment to site admin) then you can use any woo commerce payment merchant – I think these 2 are already supported with free or paid add-ons (please check this info directly at woo commerce site). You as a property owner can set the turn-over day for Saturday for both check-in and check-out.

Users can only book from Saturday to Saturday – 7d or 14 or 21 etc and price is still calculated by price per night * no of days selected. You can only book for 7, 14, 21 etc
