Does your theme supports HBook – Hotel booking system for WordPress?

Soho Hotel comes packaged with it’s own custom booking plugin.
But yes if you want to use a different booking plugin, as long as it’s compatible with WordPress it should work fine.

so i am assuming it’s theme + Booking plugin. do we need to install iCal plugin? does it support woo commerce plugin? we would like to install RazorPay plugin for payment. we also wanted home page with testimonials, video, gallery. when i see your demo theme home page i dont see all of them together on home page.

hello, this is a Pre-Sales inquery.
We own and rent a few different properties in different locations, so we are not a hotel.
In your demo, I see that checking availability returns results for all rooms. In our case, we would like to get availability results only for the property it was called from.
Example, the visitor is in the page of Property A. When the visitor clicks on check availability we want to get back results for Property A only. Is this possible?
Also, can we now have a price in the booking button but just text (like “Book now)

2. Can we also remove completely the clients account? we do not wish to have registered users, all transactions will be made from them as “guests”.

Hello,
We had one issue in the theme while booking. After payment succesfull the page loader keeps loading and nothing shows on the confirmation page. Secondly, Booking entry is coming in the woocommerce but in the booking tab details are not saving and showing properly.
Kindly let us know how to resolve this issue.

I noticed a bug.. It says “Booking Completed” before making payment on demo website, I also saw a comment from a user on that.
I thought It should be something like booking pending, this is a serious issue and can cause misunderstanding.

Thanks for your interest.
This message just means the booking process is completed, if you enable online payments, first a booking pending email will be sent, then when payment is made a payment confirmation email will be sent.
If you want to change the Booking Completed” message to something else it’s easy to do this.

I was on ver3.2.2 and updated to the latest version. With the latest version, it completely changed the look of the website, even though I have a child theme active. Colours, fonts & menus went back to default. The idea of using a child theme was so this didn’t happen. Please don’t ask me to pay to renew support because this is due to the theme update. I’ve reverted to 3.2.2 so the site looks normal again. I guess my question is: with the latest update, do I have to restyle my website from scratch even though I have a Child Theme active?
Also, I’m using the Child theme created by you – version 1.0. When I install Soho v4.0.7, ALL the customisations in the Child theme is lost.
How do you remove the “Location” field from the Booking firm?

hello, thank for your awsome theme , I have used your theme with wocommerce payment , I tried do booking without paying، what happend that it booked the room even from calender I can see the x on days and it said it confirmid but on wocommerce it said its pending payment ? this is a huge problem how we can fix it ?

Hi there. I have a second issue. I have version 4.0.4 of Soho. I have the system in test mode because of the new version of the theme. I renewed support just over 6 months ago because of the issue with Stripe. On the old system I allowed people a discount of 10% on the booking if they used a coupon.This worked perfectly.This doesn’t work on the new system. The discount is applied to the deposit only(which is 10%) and not to the whole amount of the transaction. On a booking of 680 euro the customer pays 68 euro as a 10% deposit. They should get 68 euro off the whole price when they use the coupon. They get 6.80 off – 10% off the deposit. Also the reduction is not displayed on the screen. Can you fix this?

I have extended support. If you turn around and tell me it’s no longer an option on the new version or that I have to take 100% off the deposit to get 10% off the whole booking then I will be looking for a refund. It worked fine on the original version so I expect it to work on the new version – no excuses.

Hi there. I have version 4.0.4 of Soho. I have the system in test mode because of the new version of the theme. I renewed support just over 6 months ago because of the issue with Stripe. I have the booking confirmation setting set to manual. I just did a booking with Stripe in test mode and I checked the booking – it was set it to confirmed automatically. Shouldn’t it be set to pending first?
