Hi,
I am using “Fixed Advanced header” where the logo is on top center and the menu is below it centered. I am chaning the header height from the header options, but still the logo looks shrinked. Its actual size is 228px * 81px but it is being displayed as 113px * 40px.
Any idea on how i can adjust it please?

Hi, I updated the theme with Envato Market Plugin yesterday and my website’s home page’s some parts crashed.
And when I wanted to write to support to request help, seems like my support expired, which is normal because I purchased this theme some time ago.
But because of the theme’s update problem why I need to pay again? There must be a new way to easily turn back to older version of theme, or something like that.
This is my personal blog’s theme, not making money on it to pay every 6 months for every problem on updates.
I need an answer for this homepage’s some parts crashed and updated version of theme. How to fix this?

When updating theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins, and please don’t skip ’ 10:34 – One final step after updating the Bridge theme’ part of the video.It is also important that you also update Bridge Core plugin to the latest version. After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Yes, updating the theme’s Core Plugin helped the back to normal big part. But bottom of the home page I was using 2 boxes with 2 elements, they are gone. Their headings are there but elements are gone. And I don’t remember which elements I was using. I will figure it out trying some of them. So, updating the theme really can cause some customization lost. Yes, I watched the video you told me, and saved the Qode Options but it didn’t changed anything. Anyway…
And one last question. My blog is a 2 language blog, and after a discussion with your support team while creating the blog last year, I was uploaded the theme to a subdomain too, for the other language. Because it needs to be its own home page too. And now I think after your new updates, without registration code on both, I can’t use? Only I can use on the main site, but not for the other language one? I mean with the same registration code? Because, I did updated that language theme and plugins too, but it’s crashed even more than the main site. But if I register the code it looks normal.

- If anybody reading this have similar problem to losing some elements on the homepage, I found these on ‘edit history’ on the page.
- I was updated my WordPress to 5.9, so at least for my version of Bridge theme is working smoothly with it, as I can see for now.

Please understand that to set the initial content width which is 1100px by default cannot be changed within our theme options. It can be but only to be wider, and if you wish to have it the other way around you will either need to edit the theme files or use some custom CSS.
You can read more about what is included within theme support here.
If you turn to our team for advice on how to set this up with custom CSS they might be able to help you with this. So please do that.

Hello, Today I tried to activate the theme, on my domain. When I try system doesn’t allow me, reason, (used purchase code in another domain). I don’t have another domain where I use the purchase code. Please help with this, or give me another purchase code on how can I make completely update the theme.

In case you’ve used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation.
You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article – Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center.
If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.

I am having trouble loading images with my Bridge sites (several of them). Just starting happening in last week. When the page loads, you get broken image icon for logos and menu icons, and slider will not load, if you refresh, the page loads fine. If you go to another browser or incognito, it doesn’t load again. Any idea why this is happening?

Book Store demo is created using the Elementor page builder, and native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run the import tool you will get Elementor content, however, you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included but you will need to build your content from scratch since Elementor and WPBakery are not interchangeable page builders.

Hi.
I have a question.
When I installed Bridge some years ago, I installed WP Bakery but to update it is neccesary to pay a high licence and I realized that WP Bakery is beggining to have some incompatibility problems if it is not updated.
So, as I have now WP Bakery, I am wondering if I could change WP Bakery for Elementor and work with it in the current page in which I installed WP Bakery as visual editor.
Could I install Elementor right now without any problems and begin to use it instead of WP Bakery?

Please note that WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is. We include the latest versions of bundled plugins along with theme updates.

Regarding the Elementor, please note that this is a different page builder, and WPBakery and Elementor are not interchangeable page builders. Please check this article: Understanding the Difference Between the Elementor & WPBakery Page Builders in Bridge

Hi there, Please check if you possibly turned off Icon Packs within our Qode Options > Performance, double check if the Linea icon package is checked because this is the icon package included for those icons.
