Hi over there!! The Theme seems amazing…. I have many presale questions!
1. Is possible to create fixed packages? For example 4 days package on a specific room? -If that is possible it blocks the availability for individual reservations? Since the rooms will be the same than the packages.
2. I can block nights manually? 3 – I understand that is possible to add “addons” when booking? Example: add massage, breakfast, surf. In that case is possible to for example set a min and max quantities for those variations? This addons can be configured for each room individually? So one rooms have some addons and other others?
4 – Is there any mailing platform included? I’ll be using it for sending the invoice reservations when buying and for sending one day before they checkout a mail with a satisfaction survey. 5 – All is syncroniced with booking and airnb, right? So if I get a reservation on my booking system it will be blocked and viceversa?
I know it a lot of questions!!! Thanks a lot!

4. You can use the Mailchimp plugin that we included in the theme.
5. Yes. ll is synchronized with booking and Airbnb calendar.

2. If for example there’s a “manual” reservation outside the site. The admin can manually block those dates?
2.a. Regarding the addons I meant if I can include extra services inside each room or upgrades so passengers can choose them. And if those extra services are possible to chose the ammount. For example if I offer extra dinner and I stay for 6 nights just add 3.

Hi there, quick pre-sale question. Can we do “per bed” hire? Where as in, if a room has 4 beds, and one gets hired out, the system knows it has 3 beds available to be still hired out? If that’s possible, I’m assuming we can tag a room so that the system knows its per bed hire for that particular room, where as, other rooms can be designated as “hire per room” only… I hope this question makes sense

Is is possible to add customer national or driving id card attachment in customer details for police verification. Does it allow backend manual booking and print invoice for the customer as well? Does it show room cleaning status in room option? Does it allow admin to generate report of monthly or annual booking, income etc? Thanks for your nice work.

Does your booking system have the feature to show the number of beds available per room? For eg. We have 5 beds available per room that we rent out to individuals. We need the booking system to be able to rent the individual bed out per person and then the system show how many beds in each room is left to book. Hope that makes sense Cheers

Hey there, loving the theme so far. however sadly there seems to be a bug where in the rooms grid or zigzag element the filter does not show any terms for room types, this also seems to be broken on your demo. Please send me a quick fix to get the filter back to working

Any plans to extend the booking system to allow for services, restaurant, experiences, resources, etc. to be booked without the need for an additional plugin? At the moment there seems to be no way to use the integrated booking system for anything but room stays.

Yes, thank you, I saw that, but I meant separately from the room booking. Sorry, that maybe was not clear in the question. If, for example, the restaurant is open to non-residents of the hotel they should be able to book a table online, or maybe the spa is also open to the public or the hotel hosts events that it sells as extras as part of a room package but also separetely.
