Hi there, I just bought this theme and set it up on a new installation of WordPress. Everything installed OK until i started looking for the import demo data option, it is not visible in the menu under Appearance. I contacted my hosting provider and upon investigating, there was nothing on their side and they asked me to contact the theme developers as it it seems the issue is with the theme installation files. Please advise.
Please, i need access to import the demo data so i can start developing the website..

Hi, Thanks for your question. When you activate the theme you need to activate all the required plugins. When you activate all the required plugins you see a demo import option under the appearance. You can follow the doc file for more details. If you need more information, please let us know.

Yes, of course, I installed all the required plugins, activated them, including the import demo data plugin, but even when I activated all required plugins, I don’t see the option to import under Appearance. I checked with my hosting provider in case there was something wrong on their side, but upon incestigating they confirmed it’s something to do with the theme/installation files. Please advise!

I recently bought this theme and I like it very much. I found some issues. I know I can use a work around but I guess this will help the theme.
On Elemento I am using a Single Icon Box. Item Link Type: Post Link, Select Post Type: Service Post, Service Link: Anyone.
When I click the link it will omit the /service/ portion on the URL so page is not found.
http://domain.com/service/servicepage – Suppost to be http://domain.com/servicepage – What it does.Second question, where do I translate /service/ by /servicio/
Hi, Thanks for your question. Maybe you change the post type. When you change any post type you just need to reset your permalinks again. Go to your Settings -> Permalinks & Click the save changes button. we hope it solves your issue.

Thanks Johan, but that did not resolve the issue. I did not change the post type, to confirm I installed a test instance and issue is there. I like to have the /servicio/ level on the URL translated as well. Please advise

Hi, Thanks for your question. We include the premium version of the Revolution Slider plugin inside our theme folder but we don’t have permission to share the license key with anyone. If you don’t activate the license key it works fine but maybe you can’t use all the features.
