I have inherited a site from someone – they purchased a license and built the site, we need access to the license but they wont give it up – do I need to purchase another license and if so, would I be able to use that new license on the new site without having to rebuild it? Does a user need to sign in to leave a review? Is it possible to allow users to just leave their name with the review without signing in? Maybe have the reviews go through an approval process?
If they have to sign in, how difficult is it to sign up to do so? I am worried that if that is all they get for creating an account, they may not bother to leave a review.

There are two options when someone wants to leave a rating:
1. Instant Signup (easy)
2. Only signed in users.
We don’t have approval process for the ratings because no-one would share their bad rating and the results won’t show correct. (there would be 5 stars only). But if there’s an offensive rating the listing owner can report it to admin.

OK, I just added a review with instant signup and it seemed to create a user called Test48. Where does that name come from? Are all instant sign-up users called “Test” and a number?
Is there any way for the person leaving their review to add their name? It’s not going to look real if all the reviews come from someone called something like “Test48”
Did you try it on our demo? Can you share a screenshot using the lighshot tool? It may be because you put the name of your email “test”
Is it possible to have the listing archive shown as a list rather than a grid? Or is the grid the only option?
If it is possible to change this, can you show my how to set that in the demo?

Excuse me, I bought the theme but obviously it is impossible for an establishment to offer several services on the same agenda, with different durations and on the same day ?
As per article that I have shared above you can add a second timing in a day but not more.
I have a few questions. Firstly, are the directory functions independent from the theme in that I can use the directory with any other theme I choose? There seems to be a lot of uniformity between sites using ListingProWP, suggesting there is very little customisation. Also, i’m struggling to find any websites with a core web vitals PASS, or pagespeed scores better than 30, do you have any well performing examples? Lastly, is there a moneyback guarantee should I not be satisfied with my purchase? Thanks

1. ListingPro is an end-to-end directory solution and not just a plugin. You must use the ListingPro Theme and required plugins included to get the functionality shown in our demos. I’m trying to open a helpdesk ticket and I can’t. I have the license with support enabled, but I can’t select it. Regardless of what “demo” I use, can’t each one actually be used for any type of business? I’m doing a music lessons list directory. So, if I used the restaurant one, couldn’t I just trade out the food categories for musical instruments?
Is there anything about each one that can’t be completely converted to any other type of business?
Does your ‘one-click install’ actually install an exact duplicate of the demo – including the ‘Add Listing’ page and the ‘submit listing’ page?
Is the submit listing page customizable? In other words, as a music lessons directory, we don’t need people to check off what food they serve, etc.

I requested the demo content be an exact duplicate of the demo. I understand you can provide pictures, but the “add listing” feature is an important thing to leave off the demo import. Pre Sale question- I read through the FAQs as we already have an established website and this would be replacing our current directory, I see that it is recommended to use a sub domain to build listings pro because it’s also a theme. This is a pain, I dont want to always go back and forth with 2 logins to 2 sites. Is there a way to see how this looks and works with our current site first, before we decide if it’s worth the aggravation to have 2 separate sites with it ? Does it look hideous just as a plugin without using the full theme with it ? I don’t want to spend the money for one lic and then decide we need to use it on a different domain. A free/demo version that installs on a site would be helpful to see what decision we need to make. I’m sure a lot of people have this same issue. I also have multi theme installed on my site because we use a different theme for our blogs, would THIS be a solution for this ? Can I use multi theme to just have the ads pages use your theme ?
