The shop page is not displaying any products and also the footer is missing. The fonts are also not rendering. The filter is also not functioning.
I did some testing and found that the issue is caused when the top filter has Kalles Top Filter widget.
I have turned on WP_DEBUG log and I got the below error:

Thanks. One more thing. It seems like the woocommerce review functionality needs a paid service ryviu to display reviews like as seen in the demo? It wasn’t mentioned anywhere. One of the main reasons I purchased this theme is the way the reviews looked in the demo. Do I need to pay for it separately?
You can use a free plan of Ryviu, it’s allowing you add a review same as our demo

I checked the screenshot in your ticket, it seems there is a problem on the server side or conflict with another plugin on your side. Can you install Kalles on localhost or a brand new version of WordPress?
I got in touch with hostinger(My hosting provider) they saw all the details and said it’s an error from your side. I can share their emails. I have also tried to update wordpress to the latest version but that isn’t working either

1 Can customers add personalized notes to their purchases especially if they are purchasing a gift for someone? If not is there a plugin that you can recommend that work with this theme
2 Can I add options at checkout? Meaning like add a balloon, chocolates, etc.
3. Is there support for this theme on a weekend? Since weekends most persons would be on.
4. How fast is this theme? Since your demos pages are not loading that quickly.

Well I tested two of your demos on Pingdom and Gtmetrix and the load time and performance was below par. I love your theme and all the beautiful features, etc, but unfortunately speed is important.

Hi there your theme is very elegant and easy but there is one problem, mega menu is not edit in elementor by default as showing in documentation .If want to change, add new it only edit in simple editor. Is there any possible way to edit this in elementor.

You can use old data like product but for pages, if it comes from Woodmart I’m afraid you’ll have to redo them with Kalles. You can also consider using Shopify, I think it will save you more time every time you change the theme. The changelog is referring to the Shopify documentation instead od the Wordpress documentation.

Hey! Greetings. I was evaluating your theme from couple of days. Today when I opened purchase page (approx an hour ago), but left desktop unattended, when I came back, I refreshed theme purchase page, (I was active on page) it’s price changed from $19 to $29. Can you please revert this price for approx 2-3 days as I am unable to pay online due to some bank issue (not sure when bank system will be up that’s why asking for couple of days), due to which my payment were not happening properly. Your action will be appreciated.

We’re sorry about that, but the $19 sale has ended. Every issue of Kalles’s price is strictly changed by us according to the schedule, a good product cannot be sold cheaply because we will not have enough revenue to maintain the staff. Thanks
