Use TheGem Blocks plugin without theme?

can I use your TheGem Blocks plugin even if I use a different theme? I mean that I only install your block plugin.

Hi, after a migration of my site to another hosting, the theme was corrupted. So I can’t update it normally, but I have to replace the forder directly via FTP. I can’t remember if I did a backup of the settings. There’s a place where I can check it? If I replace all the folder in this way, will I loose all my settings?

Hi, on the shopping cart page I have these “checkout steps” in the title area. Is it possible to translate the steps anywhere? I didn’t find any option to do so. At the moment it looks like this:

Please forgive my ignorance as I am just a learner. I’ve been blown away by your interactions-landing template so I have imported it for further customization. I see that image position and stacking is controlled by the value in the “extra class name” field, which is assigned to each image. Where can I locate these classes defined and configured so I can review the existing ones (to understand the design concept) and then add my own? Please help me and thank you!

Dear Codex,
I would kindly ask you if you could fix the “Import demo page” for https://codex-themes.com/thegem/sites/fullscreen-vertical-slider-1/ beacuse Mesh with dots (on slider) doesn’t work. We had the same issue before and excellent support team fixed the problem in no time. Now after few years we don’t have support anymore, but after updating the theme to the latest version the problem came back and we don’t see mesh with dots anymore. We also tried to import demo page, but the problem with dots is on fresly imported page as well. Is there any easy fix or there is more complex answer?

Hi I have a license and I try it on subdomain and one time I try it on temp domain for developing. now when I try to activate it back on my domain its said invalid! I try to submit a ticket it said I don’t have support plan etc.. I do not need support I need my license to be activate. if you need you can deactivate it on all temp domain that I try on which is I have done it.

we have multiple thegem Websites active. On some pages we used custom Headers or Footers, which were custom posttypes in a later version. The old Headers and Footers are still selectable but not customizable in the new Header and Footer Template area. Where can we find and edit preupdate headers and footers now.?

Your failure to keep WPBakery updated is just more than we can bare, and from your ticket system and the comments on Envato, this is a huge issue for you guys.
We are a government site and keeping plugins updated is the utmost importance. We haven’t been able to update WPBakery in months and have tried disabling all plugins w/ no success and your support has failed to fix the issue.
I need to know IMMEDIATELY how to disable your version of WPBakery so I can activate/register the one I purchased separately?

Unfortunately we are a government site and cannot allow that, and I just don’t see how you guys would succeed, what more can you do than disable all plugins? Plus, I have contacted you guys several times through these comments and also via email on Envato about this issue w/ no help. We need to use a Theme Provider that has better support and that takes updating their provided plugins consistently and seriously. Not that you’re a bad Theme we just need a Theme that is Enterprise Level and has better support. Thank you.

A week or so ago, the plugin system for TheGem let me know about the WP Rocket – i uploaded it and all worked properly. Unfortunately i had to restore a version of my site from the 1st of Fev (prior to the install) and WP Rocket was not neither there nor on the theGem Dashboard notices, so I uploaded the plugin from a compressed file i got from a back up… but it is not working and it’s asking for the licence… i put the one for theGem, but it doens’t work…
What do you suggest? how can i have it up and running again?
