Also, when I try to load any of the demos, it takes a long time to load up. I hope you are going to fix both issues as you have a serious buyer here. I am looking to buy several of your theme licenses, if I see something that I like and so far I am liking it, but, the above 2 issues are not helping!

Hi there, good day. I have 5 questions for you :
1. Does the purchase comes with the child theme OR do we need to create one ourselves ?
2. I understand that we need to activate the woocommerce plugin on our wordpress site, but, do we need to configure it(as in setting up tax, shipping, email settings, categories tag…) in order for us to use your theme ?
3. Also, there is an email series that woocommerce send out to buyers/owners whenever there is an order on the site, do we need to copy it to the theme? Also, how can we modify the emails content ? What about setting up the abandonment cart emails, where to set it up with your theme ?
4. I noticed that you only use mailchimp with your newsletters, can we use klavio instead ?
5. with regards to importing of demos, can we import by piece meal ie. import the home page from demo A, import the product page from demo B, import the shop page from demo C ….

1.Yes the package has child theme for you.
2.The theme does not require any special configuration but you can change woocommerce settings according to your wish.
3.It belongs to the WooCommerce, please check this doc for reference: https://woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/settings/
4.Currently the theme does not support Klaviyo.
5.Sorry it is impossible, you can only choose one of the demo available to import. But then you can configure everything as you like in the theme options.

Hi there, here is my concern regarding parent/child theme :
Consider this: I update the parent, and the update removes some of core functions, which I use in the child theme. If I do not update the child theme too, I will receive a fatal error, since the function doesn’t exist anymore.
As such, I may need to remove part of the child theme, add or edit its code, or nothing at all. It really depends on the parent theme’s update.
A Quick Example The parent declares a function that accepts 2 parameters in the following way:
function some_function( $object, $string ) { ... } After the update, it’s changed to this:
function some_function( $object, $object, $string ) { ... } Now, if I am using this function in my child theme, doing the update will trigger an error, since I will be passing a string as an object.
Will I ever be caught in such a situation ?

Hi, no need worry about that. If you use child theme, the parent theme functions will be overwritten by child theme functions. And it won’t matter when updating the parent theme. If you need any further support please use our support system. Stay safe!

I have decided to take the plunge but, When I click “document” after I have uploaded the theme to search for the theme documentation, it got redirected to a 404 error in https://kalleswp-docs.the4.co/ + also when I click on the “video tutorials”, it shows a youtube channel with videos tutorials of all your shopify themes ie Gecko 5, but, none on your Kalles wordpress woocmmerce theme !!
I think you need to get all these things in place before you start to sell your theme so that buyers can reference to all these documentations and videos tutorials for self help?

Kalles is one of my favorite theme. I am already using it on my shopify theme. But I have to admit that there are so many things to update on kalles theme for woocommerce. Even when i visit the kalles woocommerce documentary I can see you have described shopify rather than woocommerce. I am waiting for next update to buy it. thank you.

I just installed the v1.1.1 version and it messed up my website quite a lot. - The fonts are not being loaded - The search bar is messed up - The styling of certain call to action buttons have changed - The size of the payment icons have been changed
